Complete Junk
We installed these pavers less than a month ago and they are already stained and chipped. Don’t waste your money.

    Not strong as expected
Looks nice but not strong as I thought. Some pavers broken while installing with a rubber mallet. Didn't last the first winter. I won't recommended Nantucket pavers for areas where rains are heavy and winter freezes. I have a new drainage system all around my patio but still unable to keep the ground dried enough.

Directions were easy to follow and I am satisfied with the end product. Majority of the pieces were the 24x24 pavers which were heavy to carry and will put a toll on your back but other than that it's a pretty decent DIY project once you get through the prep work which is a whole other story.

Very pleased with the final product and should last
I purchased 4 pallets and all pavers survived with no major issues. A few minor chips but tolerable. As previous reviews stated, the 12x12 pavers are not as thick so it took much more detail with sand to get them even with the rest of the pavers. Seems like an issue that should be addressed by the manufacturer since it creates much more work. I ran out of 24x24" pavers and substituted two 12x24's together at the end of the project. I used almost all the pavers in 4 kits. I placed the pavers at a 45 degree angle next to my red cedar hot tub deck with similar angles for a beautiful addition to the back yard view. Quite a bit of cutting using a concrete blade due to my design but the results are fantastic. Trimmed the edges on two sides and around big oak trees with Colorado Rainbow 2-4" rocks. When I finish sealing the pavers and rocks it will enhance the colors as seen with the wet look in photos attached. Just gorgeous and elegant addition to any home!

I ordered 3 pallets of these and I found 5 that were broken when I was unpacking them. I e-mailed Nantucket directly and they told me to give them my PO number and the sizes that were broken, and they would ship (1 time only) replacements to my nearest Home Depot Store. They are wonderful to deal with. These went down very easily, but the edges of the block seemed to be a bit brittle, but after they were in place and the Permasand was installed, they locked together very well. The paver edging that was recommended to use with these bricks are well worth the money. I am sure that we will get many years of use out of this patio.

I ordered two pallets of these pavers to lay with mortar over my concrete porch and steps. They look great! I live in SC and there was not one single paver delivered that was too damaged to use. Just a few very minor chips we could easily work around. Also none that we had to cut broke. That all really impressed me. The weight is a problem for DYIers (not me this time). I'd read earlier reviews that talked about them being uneven. All true, but once they were layed it was a non-issue -- nothing you'd trip on or hardly even notice. I also contacted the manufacturer directly a few times with my questions, both before and after I made the order. They sent me a sample and took time to answer every question. Thank you, Melissa! My new porch is only a few weeks old. So time is the only test left. I need to landscape and finish some other things, but in case I never get back to post again, here's the basic idea.

I bought 3 pallets to make a semi circular patio with a smaller rectangle and pathways attached. The final project looks great. They are a bit fragile prior to getting them set, and I did break a few of the 12x12 by hammering to hard with a mallet. Because of the 3d Stone pattern there are tall sides and short sides depending on how the pattern lays out on the edge. If you place a tall side adjacent to a short side you can get a full 1/4 inch difference in "height". Rotating the tiles for the best match works pretty well. The 24x24 tiles weigh 72lbs so you want to minimize redo on those. They cut easily with a diamond blade in a skill saw. Circular cuts require multiple passes progressively deeper. About 4 passes. I can't say how well they'll hold up over time. I'm going to put cement sealer on them in the spring. I'd buy them again. Beware, mine took a full 2 weeks to arrive.

The perfect stone for a timeless & beautiful terrace. I mixed colors and it looks fantastic! They delivered the 3 pallets in just a few days, every stone was in perfect condition & delivery person was very professional & accommodating. Stones are heavy & great quality. I'm very happy! Now I need to get the yard back in order.

These pavers look great in my backyard. This was my first patio and these pavers made it easy. They were delivered on time and met my expectations. They are very hard. If you need to cut them, rent a gas powered saw with a diamond blade. I used a masonary blade on a Skil saw and it took forever to cut. One thing that could be improved are the layouts. One plan is included for 100 square feet. However, it would be nice to have plans for larger areas available. My patio was 450 square feet. I was able to figure out a plan, but it did take some time to figure it out. Our neighbors look be it and want to do one in their yard!

          Love our new patio!
We bought two of the 10x10 patio-on-a-pallets to create a 12x16 patio. A couple of the larger pieces had some minor damage in shipping, but we decided to use the extra we had and change the layout a bit to compensate versus having another pallet shipped. Although the manufacturer recommends to set the pavers in sand, we installed them on Brock paver base. The pavers themselves do vary in thickness a bit, but I think it came out looking more natural that way. Time will tell whether or not using the Brock paver base was the right choice, but we definitely love the new space!

Was counting on the sizes varying more than they did. There were only 3 sizes, one of which was 24X24, which was difficult to handle.

          Pavers look great but beware
Satisfied with how these pavers look, but first off I had a 7 broken pavers at the end of installing that were broken during shipment, I assumed I would get replacements. But you need to return the ENTIRE pallet. I had everything already laid out and was told the only way to get replacements was returning them all (not gonna happen) Second the delivery company is no good, 3 days in a row I was the next stop and cancelled after hours of waiting. Leaving work to sign off on them

The 24 x 24 were heavier than I anticipated so they settled much more. I had to add sand every time. Other than that I am happy with the look.

            Not for DIY
These pacers are very large and heavy. It takes a lot to move and place. The paver itself has uneven edges which makes it difficult to have an even edge to edge. The value is good and maybe for a small patio. I do t think I would buy these again.

A few pavers were damaged upon arrival, in order to get that fixed I would have had to send both pallets back I was told which is crazy!

              Bad quality control, trip hazard
These things vary hugely in thickness, by well over 1/4 inch. It means that you can't just level your sand and lay them down, you have to level each one individually by trial and error and since some of them weigh around 70 lbs removing and replacing them multiple times top get a good fit is an nightmare. Took me 6-7 times longer than it would have for standard pavers of the same size. And if you don't level them all you'll have a serious trip hazard. That makes it a bad and dangerous product.
