Same opinion. Rug is adequate. Shipping and service deplorable. I'm not shop online at home depot again. Never so disappointed in an online purchase. Don't close brick and mortar stores or you will surely fail with online sales.

Just love the runner. We are using in the kitchen. Binding is great. I would have liked an option to order a non-slip backing. Instead I purchased a non-slip under lament which works fine and adds softness to the runner. Meet our expectations!

Appears to be a good product. We have had it about a month or so. Colors and pattern are nice and it appears to be well made. Good thing because it can't be returned. ALso, it's not in the stores so we had to look at the picture and hope.

The rug is holding up well, looks nice and is nice to walk on, pretty thick carpet. The binding also seems quite sturdy. It was essential to be able to order the specific length I needed.

i did not use this rug, i was waiting to get the entire set.

The old runner that it replaced was the same carpet from Home Depot. My wife runs her business out of our home so this carpet gets almost commercial wear. We replaced the old carpet just for a change after several years but it still had plenty of life in it
