Shipping: everything was packaged very well and very well protected. Product: very well made, heavy, and sturdy. The bamboo top is easily dented and easy to scratch. The tall lockers have a lot of room for big items and storage. The base cabinets are a bit tricky, maybe I was doing something wrong I don’t know, but trying to put the drawers back in was a pain. The little ball bearings kept popping out of the drawer slides and was a pain trying to get them back in. The only other complaint I have is if you have an outlet incased in this space, you can’t run cords behind the workbench or anywhere else like the lockers without drilling extra holes in the cabinets or workbench.

The solution is a good one. It also took a ton of work to put together. I had not idea that it would be 7+ hours to put on legs, level, mount cabinets, attached each to each other, mount the over head would take so long. Be prepared. When done it is nice. One issue I ran into is the product pricing is all over the place depending on the month. I found by looking at them for 2 years that the Summer (June early July) is the best price. For example my set up was the same price in May as it was in June, but in June a free cabinet was being thrown in. The highest price is during holiday months. Wish pricing was more consistent so didn't feel like you may miss out on a deal. I has some minor issues with ball bearing, and doors not lining up that New Age Customer service took care of quickly! I can't say all customer service is like this, but the help for post sale was to notch. On delivery I needed to do some garage things like paint etc. They worked with me to schedule a future date to deliver, but tried to call to delivery early one time. Then when I was getting delivery there was not a notice, but an email that it was coming. Seemed like communication of 3 pallets being set on the drive would get some days warning. Would be easier if cabinets fit into garage, but as mounted on the pallet they are too tall to slide in garage for storage.

I love these cabinets. They look incredible and function really well. Each cabinet and drawer can be used to organize a bunch of tools and store equipment. It feels sturdy and makes a solid sound when you close the doors, it’s so satisfying

It took a while to receive the cabinets/workbench but not much later than told up front. Everything came on one massive pallet, well packed, and with no damage. I was able to unpack by myself but I would recommend having two people for safety and avoid injuries. The delivery driver navigated my 1/4 mile uphill driveway, turned around easily and backed up to garage door. He was able to lower truck's liftgate and unload onto garage floor and place where needed. This was above and beyond his required service of curbside delivery (which would have sucked) and he was very pleasant to work with. Putting cabinets together took almost 8-hours as instructions aren't the best but one can figure it out fine. Hole alignment for bolting cabinets together was perfect. Thanks!

These cabinets are great. Fit, finish, quality, everything! If i have any other projects i will be buying these again. Fully recommend these to everyone who’s unsure of buying them. I almost went with another manufacture/brand but after watching some reviews and such, these were my choice, and I’m super glad i went with them.

This is a great company and the cabinets exceeded my expectations. The shipping company damaged the boxes it came in but they were packed so well it didn't damage the cabinets inside.

We bought the Pro 3.0 Red 8 pc set, one 36" Cabinet, one 48" Cabinet and the 84" SS Slat Wall w accessories. Delivery was backed up but when all product finally came, we installed within a couple of days. They look AWEOME in our garage! Very tough and durable. Highly recommended.

I wanted to upgrade my garage and get things organized. I was on the fence about getting new name brand/specialty brand tool cabinets but didn't really want to spend 8-9 thousand for the amount of storage space I needed. Over the years I have looked at these cabinets a few times and never quite been able to pull the trigger as I couldn't see and put my hands on them to verify the quality. Now that I have these and see they are great quality, sturdy/heavy, well thought out and featured cabinets I wish I would have done it sooner. I would have saved thousands by not spending on the name brand roll away cabinets of which I have 3 and would have needed three more. I still use those, but I could have used New age products cabinets and been just as happy, moreso becuase I could have saved 1/2 the expense. I ended up buying a 8PC set thats about 13ft across and 7ft height, two full heigth cabinets, three overhead, two counter height with a stainless steel work bench. My only feed back would be to add some reinforcements to the doors on the full height cabinets. It took a lot of adjustment to plumb/level/sqaure the full height cabinet doors as the doors themselves flex a little bit and if its not perfectly PLS the self closing latches can't pull the doors all the way to magnet closed. Its not bad, just a pain to get right. The smaller cabinets were a breeze and worked/shut with little to no adjustment. I'm very pleased overall and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend these cabinets. Pro quality at a homeowners price point. Last thought.... The person who designed the packaging should work for NASA. I counldn't beleive how well packed and protected these things were. It took longer to unpack then they did to assemble. I filled a 6.5" pick-up truck bed with a cab height canopy with the packaing broken down without an inch to spare. No joke.

I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY CABINET DOOR REPLACEMENTS [UNDAMAGE] AND REPLACEMENTS OF THE DRAW SLIDES THAT WERE INSTALL WRONG BY YOUR PEOPLE FOR THE TOOL BOX. CHUCK

I bought these cabinets and upon delivery there was damage to three of the cabinets in my order after one of the pallets breaking during delivery. After I notified NewAge of the issue, they completely resolved my issues and sent out replacements. Now that I have gotten everything installed properly, I could not be happier with the purchase.

I bought these cabinets a month ago, still in process of garage redesign (about half complete), but so far cabinets have been easy to install and are a high quality build. Severance freight company was very helpful during delivery, don't know how many different freight companies you deal with, but Severance driver helped me move pallets into my garage versus just leaving at the street, that was awesome. Couldn't have done that without him.

I had shopped online for some quality steel garage cabinets and decided to buy New Age Cabinets. They came to La Quinta California as promised on the delivery date promised. The cabinets are really well packed and all 19 cabinets with 8 of those cabinets being 36 inch X 80 inch lockers. Not a scratch, dent or mark on any of them. The delivery driver was polite, well mannered and was extremely careful and well versed on not only the product, but also tricks on installation. I installed the cabinets myself in 2 days. The use of a pallet jack is essential, as you can lift 300 lb lockers and lower them on the wall brackets with just one person.

Purchased a month ago, rural delivery arrived undamaged. Installed by myself with a little help with closets. Installed all cabinets 8 inches off the floor because of irregular base moldings. Great system, love it!

Cabinets arrive on time; assembly was easy and they look great.

Bought 8 piece set and they are great. Then I bought 2 more storage cabinets to go on each side. Unfortunately, it cost more that way. However, I learned a simple but important lesson. When you are installing cabinets that will span 10', 12' 16' and the cabinets have leveling legs ALWAYS start out by putting the leveling legs of the first cabinet in the middle adjustment setting. This way you can move adjacent cabinets up or down as you continue to add. I started with the leveling legs all the way up and then found out that the floor rose slightly in the direction I was adding cabinets. It sounds like it would be an easy fix by just going back and lowering the first cabinets, but they were already bolted together and bolted to the back wall.

I received my set about a month ago. It took us about 2 hours to unpack the cabinets and get them in the garage out of the weather. The next morning I had two neighbors come over and help install all of the cabinets. I toke us about 30 minutes to get everything laid out and gather the tools we would need. After setting and leveling the first tall cabinet it took about two hours to complete the installation. Everything went together easily without any surprises. Overall the Newage system is great!
