if you live in a state with low humidity this unit would be fine, I live in SC and right in the summer the humidity is extremely high the unit was basically blowing air at the ambient temp.

Laundry room in garage , this helps to keep that room cool while washing clothes.

Nothing like the reviews indicate it didn’t blow cold air at all only air that made the room more humid

I should have listened to the reviews. This is nothing more than an overpriced fan. Do not recommend.

Does not get cool my son’s family lives in an apartment. This did not get cool. The family cannot depend on this to even cool a small room. An expensive fan is all it is. Would not recommend to anyone. I will be returning this.

easy to configure and operate. A somewhat large unit for only 250 sq ft. Couldn't quite manage our bedroom, but will work great in the den the next time our AC dies.

I live in norther Nevada (a prime zone). It does work well if you add chilled water from the fridge and Icepacks (on really hot days I add ice as well). If the tank is full though it last for 4-5ish hours. This a great except the tank is not insulated so after 2ish hours the water starts to heat up from the warm room reducing its effectiveness to a very expensive fan.

Works great for us! Cools a large room by 2 degrees when it has to be closed off from rest of house, (foster cat). Remember it's not an air conditioner. We add refrigerator water and 2 ice packs. Buy extra ice packs to keep frozen on hand. Change out ice pack every couple hours to maintain cool. Needs water refill in about 4 hrs. on #2 setting.

Easy to operate quiet operation and cools well.

My air conditioner couldn’t keep up in this unusual heat, but this fan has made a big difference.

Works great only complaint is that the water tank could be bigger and the timer needs to have longer settings...recommend 8 to 9 hours

Only felt cool if you stood in front of it. Now I am fighting to get a refund over a week after returning item to store! POOR SERVICE POOR PRODUCT HomeDepot gets F-- grade!

Cools the air well. Runs very quiet.

Does as advertised. Works great. When its really hot just add more ice with the water and does the job. I will buy another one for other rooms if and when needed.

Swam Coolers do not work in Humidity.

Unit did not blow cool air. It felt like a regular fan. If you’re expected to cool a room I would not recommend it.

The swamp cooler feature does not run very long. Drawer for water is hard to open. Fan works fine.

Cools down trailer, not noisy. Easy to use.
