Terrific service. Bought 3 of these quiet heaters for our unheated carriage house. They are awesome and indeed quiet. Highly recommended.

Really quiet but had to return it because it always gave off a smell. Usually after you run a heater on high for about 5 hours you burn off the smell new heaters have but this one would just not give it up.

Please keep in mind that we have only been using this for about a month. We have not used the remote so we have not considered that. The heater puts out plenty of heat without blasting you with hot air. Also, it's much quieter than other heaters we have had. We rated this 4 stars, instead of 5, because the controls are a little difficult to read, but if you use them for a while you just remember which button does what. Also the controls seem to be a little "sub-quality" for the price of the heater. Finally, the price is a bit high for what you get. Overall, it's the best one we found, considering features and customer reviews. We are happy with it and it meets our needs.

Second winter with my heater. Warms my bedroom. I just leave it on all day and night during the coldest times or just here and there the rest of the winter. So quiet, I don’t even know it’s there, a few feet away from me on my dresser. Not an energy hog either. Can’t beat it. I’d pay five times the price. This is a good one.

It’s nice small portable heater when need extra heat or need for back up and emergency like if your furnace doesn’t work or when you don’t have firewood left or if you want save money on your fuel.

When I turned it on it smoked heavily. I immediately turned it off. Returned heater. Still waiting for the credit to return to my card.

This unit easily warms up a room with square footage listed on the specs. It is not loud and looks nice

Works fine for the stated space. Easy to operate.

Really good space heater. I really like that it does not get hot to touch it like other space heaters. Also like the fact that it can be programmed to a certain temperature. I use it in a small room that has no heat, it houses my cats, and it keeps it comfortable for them.

We have used this for a few weeks and are very pleased with it. It heats well and is very, very quiet.

Very quiet and efficient

Very quiet, have it located downstairs coming in the front door, 600sqft room, keeps it cozy, not to hot and eliminates heating the whole house since we mostly use the downstairs living area. At the same time it keeps the upstairs hallway comfortable.

Used this last season for about 4-5 months. When it was put away for storage the back was cleaned out to get any leftover dust that may have been in there. This Fall when I took it out to use it before putting the furnace on. It did not work. It will produce heat but the blower does not work. From my experience this is not a good heater and I would not recommend to buying it. I contacted the company about the problem. Which has not solved my problem AND before you think.. hey this has a one year warranty. Think again, as you have to foot the bill for postage. Do you really want to spend over $100 on a product to take the chance it breaks in a few months time to only have to foot more money out to get it fixed.

While this heater is extremely quiet on low and very quiet on high, the controls are confusing. I prefer appliances with logical and intuitive controls, especially something as simple as a heater, why make it complex? Also, it smelled of burnt electronics which I hate.

this space heater did what it was expected to do. It looks good and we are pleased with the purchase.

I have been very happy with my purchase, I will probably buy another just to have a back up. My order was processed in a timely manner and I received it on the date they had promised.

Just doesn’t produce much heat output.
