I would have gave a 5 🌟 review if packaging was better. 7 of the 20 pieces had corner damage/broken from shipping. Luckily my project didn’t need full pieces to finish. Was able to cut off damage section and still able to use . It took a week 1/2 longer than was told tho. But for the product itself, feels pretty durable ,easy to cut and install.

Many of the pieces came damaged. And for how expensive they are I would expect them to come in perfect condition. The ones that are not damaged look great installed.

The material is easy to install and looks good. Shipping this material UPS was not a good choice. Material would arrive with damaged corners and edges. On a previous order, we had the material delivered to the store and did not have this issue.

Love the New TechWood siding,This stuff is easy to install and looks great! I liked it so much I decided to use it a few other places on my house but that order was placed through my local lumbder yard! The only weak point in this entire process is Home Depot..the order was delayed, lost, its at the store, its not at the store etc. About half of the product came with the edges and corners broken off. I was able to use most of it but it reminded me sometimes I am better off to pay a bit more and skip the big box stores.

Product is amazing. Unfortunately two panels came out broken. Did not return. Used few pieces out of it.

The first delivery driver said he doesnt have a forklift to unload it! Due to the size of the order! I asked him how did he even load it to his truck and he said “ they put it in my truck at the port”! I called the shipping company and they said we can deliver it to your local Home Depot where they can unload !! I said I purchased this and paid $7000 to be delivered to my house not to get another truck and go and pick it up from Home Depot !! To be honest, I’ve never seen any shipping company this ridiculous! Long story short he had to leave as he couldnt unload them. Then after another 3 weeks of back and forth with home depot, I received the sidings with a truck suitable to unload the shipment! And guess what?! Instead of 130 pannels, they sent me 13!!! My project is been standing still because of these mess and im furious. I’m heading out to Home Depot right now.
