These lights are excellent. The glass bulbs easily screw in and out in the case that replacement is necessary. 5 spare bulbs are sent with the lights. They are packaged very securely and arrived all intact. Each bulb also has a clip attached if desired to use for hanging. The cord is sturdy, yet flexible. They can be used indoor or outdoor. They create a great ambiance in any setting.

The lighting is very good, not harsh or overpowering. These are the perfect party accent and mood lighting for your porch or sporting event tailgate. At 25' long this set is the perfect length for a 10' by 10' shade canopy at a tailgate or for your front porch. These are great "party" lights. They are well packed in a carton with inserts for each bulb so it is a very safe way to store them. I especially like the extra bulbs that come with it. Nothing is more frustrating than needing to replace one bulb in a string and the color doesn't match. Being LED I expect them to last a long time but the bulbs are glass so they can break.

I am so excited about these globe string lights! We got multiple packs because we have a large back deck. We strung these lights high all over our back deck to create a outdoor bistro feeling. I was happy to see the extra bulbs that came in box incase any break due to weather. These lights can easily plug in to more strands if you need more lights. These completely changes the look and feel of our back deck!

The lights are incandescent bulbs so they pull more energy than LED and are also more fragile. I would grab the LED version next time, but this package does come with 5 bonus bulbs to replace any that might break during your setup. The bulbs also get a little warm so make sure they are away or hanging up. The lights have a nice soft glow and once we set them up on the deck, they provided a nice light during the evening hours. You can mount the lights using zip ties and attaching to the bracket loops on each light or likely just use a few other methods.

Although we got these at the end of the fall season, we still put them on our gazebo since the weather had stayed warm enuogh for us to use it with our firepit table underneath with it's chairs. By the time we took the picture, the weather had changed and we took the canvas cover of the gazebo down for the winter. The lights ar very well made and the heftiness of the cord makes them perfect for outdoor use. Great for parties in the summer and fall.

These lights are sure to brighten your darkest night. I have used these lights on my outdoor patio to attach to additional strands and have been very satisfied with their performance. The lights are super bright and have a little convenient hook to attach them to a guide wire. The only major con of these is that they are very fragile and the bulbs shatter very easily and two replacement bulbs may not be enough.

The LED light party string lights are 50 feet long with 50 lights, and 5 spare bulbs. They aren’t too bright and that’s a plus. They provide a nice looking light in the area. There is a fused in the plug to prevent overload. Be sure to check each bulb to be sure they are tight in the socket, I had two that didn’t light up at first. We are really satisfied with the string lights.

These party lights by Newhouse Lighting are on a solid weight 20 gauge black cord featuring G40 LED bulbs that put out a warm color light. The bulbs are spaced 12” apart and there is a 6” length with the power plug. On the other end is an outlet for attaching an additional strand. The clear bulbs are glass and very fragile so it’s best to remove them while hanging the strand and then re-install them afterward. Two spares are included in case of breakage. We ran the 25’ long strand under the eave of our screen porch along where we have a walkway leading to a gate. I attached them to a porchlight outlet controlled by a wall switch. They’re much brighter than I had anticipated which is fine for illuminating the walkway but more than I’d want for mood lighting over a patio. With its outdoor grade wiring, they should last many years for us.

This RGB Color Select LED Night Light by Sylvania is super fun to use. All it requires is to be plugged in and you can select the color and the brightness by pressing a few buttons. I like the aqua blue the best. It is LED light so it does not take much energy. It also incorporates the dusk to dawn technology so it adjusts the brightness. This is the next level night light and I strongly recommend it.

25 ft. LED Indoor/Outdoor Party String Lights with 27 LED Globe G40 Bulbs (2 Free Bulbs Included) I was impressed how well these light were packages for shipment in an “eggshell” like tray (see photo attached). The two extra bulbs were also protected with bubble wrap (see second photo), so again I was impressed that their packaging ensuring delivery of goods in good order−important for mail order purposes. The hanging feature is integral hooks with the bulb body (see third photo) that allow quick and easy attachment to shrubbery. The bulb sockets are about 12 inches apart. We found that the amount of light is just right while not being too glaring for landscaping accent purposes.

These Newhouse 50 bulb party string lights are a fun addition to my basement TV recreation area! They are bright enough to give the room some ambient lighting so I can turn off the ceiling light. It took me a little while to unpack them as they are packed tightly and the bulbs seem fragile. The bulbs are golf ball sized and are spaced one foot apart on the string. I recommend using two people to hang them to help prevent the bulbs from hitting each other when moving the string. I like that the bulbs do not get very warm when lit, and each bulb has a plastic clip to aide in hanging the string. Also if one or multiple bulbs are blown or even unscrewed the rest of the bulbs still work which is a plus!! 5 replacement bulbs are included, I hope these bulbs are easy to find for replacement down the road.

These LED lights are made like Christmas tree lights, though with larger G40 bulbs, which have the smaller candelabra-type base. The lights look great outside on the patio, and would likewise look good in a gazebo, basement rec room, or maybe even on a large Christmas tree. They are not heavy duty enough for use as string lights in the yard, and not for full-time use, according to the instructions.

This 25 ft. LED Indoor/Outdoor Party String Light set is different than other string light sets i've used. I am amazed that these lights put out so much light and NEVER get hot! That's because they are LED a brilliant invention as far as I'm concerned.. The round lights on this set are small compared to an edison bulb and they put out a warm light not a bright light. We have a big picture window in our family room. I will string this light set across the top and when they are turned on at night, they will add a warm accent to an otherwise dark space. Great product!

To complete a string of lights along the fence behind my patio furniture i needed about 25 more feet of lights, so this set worked out great. Coming with a standard 2 prong, ungrounded outlet, it connected to a section i had already installed. The bulb size (1.57”L x 2.36”H) matches perfectly and the set comes with 2 spare bulbs. Just by using these lights it lights up my patio area nicely. On the purchase order it says 20/2 so I’m guessing the wire is 20 gauge but it has quite a bit of protection around it. They do a fantastic job of lighting up patio, giving it a warm, intimate setting. They aren’t overwhelming by any means and since they are led i know they’re efficient. I hung them on a wood fence by just placing the cord between slats but installing them in many different ways is possible. They are light enough to be held by staples and flexible enough to wrap around poles. All of the places where the bulb sockets and wires connect appear waterproof and safe. I’ll definitely be turning to Newhouse Lighting if i decide to extend my current lights any further or in an entirely different spot. In the package they made sure the bulbs were all protected in foam, with individual places for each bulb and the bulbs we’re screwed into the sockets, ready to install.

Nice lighting string. These are light duty, interior use or covered outdoor use. I personally like the look and the color of lighting. All bulbs worked fine and 2 spare ones included as well. The cord is like a lamp cord with no grounding pin. But it is fused like outdoor Xmas light strings. I’m using these under a covered deck awning and they look nice and just the right amount of lighting.

The Newhouse Lighting 50-Foot, 50 Socket Indoor/Outdoor Patio String Lights with 55 LED Globe G40 Bulbs (5 Free Bulbs Included) is simply okay in a category quickly becoming crowded with LED string lights. My first impression when first opening the box was that they looked very poor quality. The thin wiring doesn’t seem like it would be able to withstand much time against wildlife or the elements. Imagine the cheapest string of Christmas lights and that would be these. They are very lightweight. There is not enough weight in each socket to have them drape nicely. If you are OCD like me, having each bulb pointing this way and that, doing its own thing, will drive you crazy. Each socket has a built-in clip for hanging. On the plus side, being LED and using only half a watt per bulb, they are very energy efficient and leaving them on throughout the night will hardly be noticed on your electric bill. I tried to locate the lumens without success but know these are mood lighting. You won’t be using this set for detailed work or reading. If this was my first set of string lights I might be less critical. Having sets from other manufacturers that appear much more solid at a similar price, I can’t see any advantage to this set.

This set of string lights can be used in a variety of ways. They were great to use for a quick holiday photo shoot with my dog, and also created a nice cosy atmosphere when used for a sleepover with a group of teenagers. I like that it comes with a mounded foam tray so that when you’re done, you can safely insert them back into the tray and store without getting them all tangled up. They do warm up fast so pay attention to that if you plan on using them for an extended time. Each bulb actually has a plastic hook already built in so it’s easy to hook them onto a string or net.

Nice light duty party lights in black with clear LED bulbs. The lights were well packed and had no broken bulbs. Two extra bulbs were included, along with instructions on what to do if there was a problem with the string. The plastic sockets have an integrated hook, so you can attach them to a string overhead or to a pergola or canopy. Connections at either end allow you to string several sets together. When lit they have a cool vintage style.

I'm using this simple and attractive set for outdoor illumination on our deck under the pergola. What I like: The set gives a nice not-too-bright warm light. Well packaged in reusable foam to protect the bulbs it comes with. Also 5 spares included. What could be better: While the foam packing material is reusable, the cardboard box it all came in is not sturdy. General: I deployed these lights in about 20 minutes on our pergola with no tools other than a stool, a bit of string and a pair of scissors.

Nice string of 25 LED lights. Bright. Will use on my covered patio during parties. Glass bulbs approximately 1 1/2" wide. Came with 2 extra replacement bulbs. Black wire. It states that these are indoor outdoor, but I would not put in a highly wet area. These are a medium weight wire. I feel these are great for either indoors or a covered exterior location. Nice lights all in all. Very Bright. Just plug in and they are ready to go.

Lights arrived all in nice working condition. 50 bulbs on string and came with 5 additional bulbs in case any need replacement. Black wire. This set states indoor/outdoor, but I would not put in highly wet area. I got these to hang in my daughter's dorm room. they will be hung around ceiling perimeter. Nice size bulb about an inch and a half wide-round. Nice set of lights. Glass, so be careful with hitting them against anything, they can break.

My son bought some outdoor lights for his patio which really improved the atmosphere after the sun went down. I liked how it looked and decided to get some for my own patio. My son mentioned to me that he was going through incandescent bulbs way too quickly. Since I hadn't picked up my lights yet I began looking for LED bulbs. Thankfully, I was able to find these and also for the two spare bulbs that came with them.

We have a nice deck that is great for outdoor parties during the summer. There is not much light on the deck so we decided we wanted to string some lights above the deck to provide some decorative lighting. These string lights are 50 feet long and the lights are spaced about one foot apart. The first thing I noticed was that the light sockets are attached directly to the main wire making these lights a little more like Christmas lights than typical string lighting. Most of the string lights I’ve looked at have the lights dangling down off the main wire which I prefer. When the lights are stretched out, not all of the bulbs are facing down but they might relax over time and hang down in the right direction. When the lights are turned on they have a nice glow which is not too harsh which is what I was looking for. These lights are a decent light set but I would prefer that the lights dangled down a little bit.

These are an okay set of lights. I should have read the product description better because these are definitely not shatterproof. I personally wouldn't buy these again because I would buy a set that is shatterproof. I broke several lights trying to set them up

After stringing the lights around my porch I realized three of the sockets were bad. I thought the bulbs were just loose and tried replacing but the sockets just didn't work. It was such a job to take them down again I decided to just live with it. Last night the entire string just quit. I've only had them for three weeks. I should have known there was something wrong when the sockets were bad. I tried contacting customer service with my complaint and received no response. Returning them.

They are exactly what I needed for my balcony railing. Love the remote!
