Replaced old hot tub surround with NextStone! Love it!!

The Nextstone was easy to work with, and looks nice installed. A little pricey; but I guess that's to be expected.

Fast ShippingHimalayan Brown much darker than appears on websiteEasy to install if no cuts involved, the color is only on the surface so be prepared to touch up with paint and matching caulk. Hopefully the paint last and not touching up every year.

Product looks very nice and is easy to install but still a bit expensive for what it is.

As I had expected from the reviews, the shape and quality of the fake stone was good.But the color was horrible, unless you like gray.So I am handpainting each stone to get it the way I want it. Fortunately I only need 12 stones.

I bought a box as a sample but the color was darker than on the website so it didn’t work. Also it didn’t seem very strong as it was like a reinforced styrofoam.

Color didn’t match the picture

We were placing this on a wall surrounding our new fireplace insert. We did our research regarding it being flame retardant. My husband also called the manufacturer to confirm yet again that it was safe to place all around the fireplace. They insisted that it is. That our fire would not be hotter than 450 degrees. The first night (and only night thus far) we made a fire, about an hour later I started to smell something odd as well as started to see smoke coming from the faux stone panels. It was very hot to touch and the material had become soft. We had to quickly act and removed the burning logs and run them outside to the fire pit and then extinguish the fire in the fireplace so as not to burn the house down. I spent a lot of money on this product and was told it would work for this job and the information was incorrect. I am very disappointed. I now am going to have to pay my contractor a second time to remove the product and remediate the problem in order to finish the wall and be able to utilize my fireplace.

Returned it as soon as we got it. Looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Color was horrendous and very one dimensional, not realistic in anyway. Looked like they were trying to imitate the fake stone from the '70's and failed, but badly. The texture and depth were good but the color was so bad it made it looked totally fake.
