Way to many bumps for the shower rings to negotiate. When they hit the valleys the shower ring flips over snd will not move on without tugging.

Here's the thing, all similar shower rods--even the ones at expensive online hardware retailers had a fair amount of bad reviews saying they're flimsy. This one isn't super duty but if you're not able to line up every screw with a stud, you want it to be lighter weight, right? I'd much rather pay $40 for a "flimsy" rod than $150 for a "flimsy" rod. I'm glad I took the risk. It was easy to install and we even had to cut the ceiling support rod, which turned out to be simple! I feel like it was a great buy. We bought a small piece that attaches to the rod to hold the hand shower, converting it to an overhead shower and it was more expensive than the rod but I highly recommend getting one if you don't want to alter your plumbing!

The shower rod was exactly as expected. It was easy to install and fitted perfectly. A clear shower curtain can be pulled back when not in use, so the clawfoot tub works just as before for baths.

It looks so nice . Finally a fixture that looks and add more nostalgia to my barefoot tub

Flimsy not that heavy duty

Looks like a sturdy product. Unfortunately, the clamp that is meant to secure it to the shower head supply is 3/4" but mine is 1/2". The clamp included with the kit is not adjustable for 1/2". I did not anticipate this problem, but as it is the only rectangular shower hoop I saw on the website, I expected it to be a universal fit. I had to come up with my own solution. Hopefully, it won't cause any issues with performance.

We order the shower ring online. We made a special trip to our cabin 3 hours away only to find that a 3 foot section of the ring was missing. The directions were poor as well. I hate ordering online.

box arrived ripped and torn; not all correct pieces were included; very flimsy; returned.

Worked out fine

Very cheaply made. Not all parts required were in box. Received terrible service from Home Depot when we attempted to get help. Had to use gorilla glue to rig it together because Home Depot didn't sell the missing part we needed. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Its worth spending more money to buy nicer competitor product.

Was disappointed that it was not 58" - was 47.5", had it been it would have worked great. The quality of the product is great for the price. I would have given it a 5 star had the size been correct.
