Item did not fit my requirements. Although I will say this works when you need an offset or raised toilet re-positioned or positioned. Great item to use if my toilet need these.

I now have all the parts I need to install a new toilet for which I needed this offset to get away from the wall. When installed just make sure you create a good seal on the bottom to you existing drain and follow the instructions for mounting to the floor and then for mounting the toilet. You should not have any problems. Economical and easy to install.

Taking it to Philippines where they don't sell this. After installing toilet(concrete floor), I found it was too close to wall. This will fix my goof.

Easy to use and did the job

The Flange outside ABS diameter of 4". The inside diameter is 3.5 inches. An ABS 3" pipe should fit inside the opening. The offset from the center of the ring (center of the hole in the floor) is 1.5". This means the center of the down pipe is 1.5 inches from the center of the ring. It is not Zero to 1.5", it is 1.5". My use for this would be for a toilet that needs to further from the wall than the original plumbing or a toilet that has a longer length so it is too close to the wall.. You would have replace the floor so that the ring center is away from the pipe center. My standard warning for the DIYS homeowner is to make sure the flange is glued to the pipe. You do not want a leak onto the bathroom floor or under the house if the plumbing plugs.

The original toilet flange in our small and narrow Master Restroom was set off center by about 1-1/4" and looked funny. The Oatey offset toilet flange was used to center the toilet in the room. Our entire house has a concrete floor which made the project more challenging. I had to chip out the concrete to center up offset flange in the room. I used a multi-purpose tool to cut the DWV pipe to allow the new flange to slip over the existing pipe. I used quick setting Quikrete (available at Home Depot) to complete fill in the areas around the flange as necessary. I allowed the Quikrete to harden for two days before I drilled the new holes to anchor the flange solid to the floor. The stainless steel ring on the top of the flange allows you to adjust the depth from the wall accurately to set the toilet hold down bolts. We highly recommend this product.
