[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Place the hook on the picture frame; mark it and drill a small pilot hole. The screw provided goes in easily.

The gallery frames I purchased couldn’t hold original art, the mat and it’s backboard. So I had to toss the back that came with the frame and use the clips to hold art, mat and it’s backboard in place. The clips worked perfectly!!!!

Using a small drill, I was able to attach these to the hardwood frame easily and it held the extra thick picture (jigsaw puzzle) and mat in place firmly.

The outside width is 1/8 inch, not the offset. The offset is about 1/16 inch. Worthless for my needs and probably yours.

Clips worked great on my mirror back except that the screw heads were of poor quality and soft metal and didn't hold up. So, make sure you pre drill your holes big enough for the screws to go in easily but not too big that they won't hold tight. tw

I like these and they do hold my canvases! I will always use them.

Product worked to hold a large mirror in place while I built a frame around it in two bathrooms. These clips are hidden under the frames I built. I like these better than plastic because of the lower profile.

I purchased some wildlife prints as a Christmas gift for my husband but when I went to frame them, they wouldn’t fit! The photographer had mounted them on foam board making them too wide. These offset clips made it possible for me to secure the matted photos to the frames without having to resort to taking them apart or searching for different frames.

I used these to hold a full-length mirror on a frame that I made with molding. Unlike plastic mirror clips, these are flat. They worked perfectly and the price was right. Wish they were stocked in my local HD so I didn't have to order them.

I used these metal clips to re-install a wooden linen wrapped mat when upgrading an older painting. Originally, the assembly was stapled to the outside frame. Four of these did a better job and required only a screwdriver, not a staple gun. Please note that they are supplied with phillips head wood screws, not machine screws as shown in the picture.
