[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quad Max Clear is a great sealant that is clear and does not cloud up. It dries in 24 hours and can be painted on in an hour. It does not collect dust or dirt. It also can be used on wet and/or cold surfaces. It doesn't bubble or turn yellow. It is a great sealant for windows and doors and does the job. As it recently rained it has been holding up well and there is no leakage. I recommend for those who want a clear sealant that does the job.

I’m disappointed in the fact that this happened. But this stuff seems to be working well. It went on relatively easy. I went with clear to avoid having to paint the vinyl of the windows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have stone tile in my bathroom and the edging around the tile on the floor and wall tends to get so much pooling water any type of sealant doesnt last long. I applied this and let it set for 24 hours and it seems to be what I needed to give a much more permanent solution to my problem. I've also used it around the lip of my kitchen sink to give an extra seal. The nice thing about this sealant is that it dries clear so its not very noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I checked the caulking around my windows, I noticed some needed to be redone. After looking at the options, I went with this. Good choice. The caulking goes on easily and smoothly. The clearness remains even after drying. I have had some that turned murky as soon as they dried. Later that evening, we got hit with a major rain storm that came in early. I feared some water would leak through. After the storm, I checked and could not see any indications of water seepage. This stuff is great. Highly recommend this for windows and other projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to recaulk around some door frames and went with Quad Max Clear. The caulk is a bit thicker than you might expect but dont worry. It did a great job of filling the gaps and adhered properly to frame and siding. As it indicates, Quad Max dries within an hour and is ready to paint. I am very impressed with the final results, as it appears to be quite flexible and no separating as it dried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before using this around the windows and window trims, i can feel a draft whenever it is windy outside. This sealant is easy to apply and is low odor. I used it to weatherize my windows to reduce any gaps in the windows and trims.

I'm glad that I can find out this OSI sealant because it works over my expectation. It's very easy to use and it's truly clear when it dries up. It helps the windows survived strong winds and heavy rain that I plan to stop looking the new replacement windows.

Nothing has changed for the quad max and it's doing a great job keeping things sealed up. It went on very easily and smoothly, great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best caulk for exterior applications. It literally sticks to almost anything and will not wash out with a rainfall before cured. The only down fall is that is does not clean up with water but just a little mineral spirits does the trick for clean up.

Hopefully this will stay true I used it few weeks ago and remains clear so I have high hopes. Great to use in bathroom backsplash gives a cleaner look yet its is paintable unlike silicone so if people change their mind you can still paint over if needed. Very happy with this product thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago and kept putting off getting it done , so of course I finally get to it on a typical cold wet Pittsburgh day , it still worked well easy to apply , nice thick consistency, I had some larger gaps around some windows and it worked very well on those as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it works great for window and door sealing. very easy to apply and you can paint it any color you want after one hours. it can stands wet weather and hot and cold temperatures. i would recommend it for sure it is very strong caulk that will do the job perfectly.

Other sealants claim to be “clear” but after they dry they usually look cloudy or dirty. This is the first one that I’ve used that is truly clear. It worked great around my doors and windows and I definitely recommend trying it.

Worked great for sealing the edges. It sticks well to anything, stretchy and seems to be holding well. Curing time is kinda long, but doesn't affect anything since it's not afraid of water. I would recommend this to everyone for windows, doors and any related projects requiring caulk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our exterior is constructed with brick and cement boards. While the brickwork looks great, the cement boards appear to be pulling away at the corners and around the doors and windows. We used OSI Quad Max Clear to seal the areas with gaps and now our exterior is properly sealed for the coming winter. This sealant can be applied in a wide range of temperatures, which is ideal for our needs, as temperatures have started to cool. The sealant adhered properly in every location applied. Although the sealant is paintable in an hour, our temperatures were too cold to apply paint, so we will touch up as needed and apply paint in spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Quad Max Clear to reseal my windows as I prepare my house for winter. Its very easy to apply using a caulking gun. Since it is clear I didnt feel the need to paint over once applied. It is the perfect constancy, it didnt drip or fall from overhead. It dries fairly quick about and hour or so. I did 5 large windows and a sliding glass door with one container. I am purchasing more to finish the rest of the windows in the house as we prep for the winter. With my previous sealant I have had to do every other year, I am hoping this one will get me a little longer time.
