Returned it on the day of opening. The latch fell down. Ithe red light never turned to green

Slow cooking, takes a long time for food to be ready.

Grill is easy to use and exchange plates. Grills were easy to clean. Disadvantage is that it does not create enough heat to crisp waffles. I have not tried to cook meat or sandwiches yet.

An on/off switch could be nice but other than that it’s great

Unfortunately, I had to return this item. It did not heat evenly. The bottom of the waffles browned a little but the tops never browned at all. Leaving the waffles on longer only served to dry them out. I tried several times making sure to preheat as instructed but the waffles never browned.

Ive had this for about a year and a half now and it's worked great - the removeable plates a dream and make cleanup easy. it's been getting very hot and recently the LED light covers started to melt while I was cooking. That worried me some and makes me concerned for the safety of continuing to use the device.

It Is great for sandwiches. It makes them toasty and melted. The grill is not great.

The drill was easy to assemble but unfortunately it was too small for me .

The removable plates mean easier cleaning. Its not heavy duty but I didn't expect it at low price.

It was a gift. He has used it several times and is very happy with the results.

Handy to use.Like the waffle maker.Simple to use . Easy cleanup. Going to try the grill and sandwich maker next

These were given as a gifts to my grandchildren . So far they have been very happy with this item. My daughter expressed wanting to purchase one also so I would say it is a great item.

Since I bought it, the top part of the machine kept open when it was not in use, I returned it.

is good for sandwiches and paninis, but for waffles it cooks good in the down side and the top side not
