Nice set. Very sturdy and easy to assemble

I purchased Polywood because it is made in the USA, however, their customer service is terrible. I have tried for weeks to get a response from the company (HD also reached out) and I haven't received a single response. My only option from Home Depot is to return the entire set (after we already assembled it). Very disappointing given the cost of the table and chairs.

Great dining set. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Chairs were already put together. This is my second Polywood purchase from Home Depot and will certainly not be my last. The only thing that I noticed is that the chairs that come with the set are a little lower than you might be used to. Not a big deal for my application, but I would check chair height against others you might be used to. Look at the specs on the web page for exact measurements. You will be pleased!

the table came with now screw holes in it. HD said to pack it back up and bring it to the store to return, then re order it. Now we have to borrow a truck 2 more times. I am worried that the new set will come with other issues (like some reviews said of the chairs or the same issue with the table) and not sure we want to order a whole new set again without knowing it won’t have a defect. We were hoping they could just get us a replacement table top. I will update once the issue is resolved.

The Polywood set is just what I wanted! Heavy duty and weather resistant! The chairs came assembled. The table was easily assembled by my son and I! I love it!

Like everything except the legs. Double trestle and it doesn’t leave enough room for chairs to push in under table.

Poly wood is awesome. We’ve had a pair of Adirondack chairs for 10 years and they are perfect. When it came time to replace our table set we didn’t look at anything else. We bought without trying the chairs, they are very comfortable and the leg room under the table is generous. Don’t wait, buy this set!

Great set! Solid enough to leave out in storm but not too heavy to move when desired. More comfortable than expected. Can fit 3 chairs at long side of the table! Not much assembly required. Arrived early despite backorder. Wish they sold an extra bench as a single, had to order from different maker. Still quite pleased with this set!

I read reviews but don’t write them. But in this case I have to write about my experience with this polywood set. I was so excited about this set because I live in a area that has frequent hail storms and extreme temperatures. I was willing to pay the high price and to wait for the two months to receive the items. First problem was the table was not sent with the chairs. Polywood and Home Depot made this right and I received the table about two weeks later. Both were a pleasure to work with in correcting this problem. After my first party in which the table and chairs were used, one of the side chairs broke. The screws came out from the seat. I called Home Depot and they contact Polywood. A chair was sent to me to replace the broken chair. Then a second side chair broke the same way. Then I noticed the slates in the seats in the chairs started to sagging. I was very disappointed with the quality of the chairs. The table was great. However I return the whole set to Home Depot store. The return went smoothly and I did get my money returned to me. Home Depot and Polywood were great to work with but the product was poor quality.
