I bought this to paint my small bathroom thinking it would be good enough, but after one coat the paint is streaky, splotchy, and has bad coverage. Considering this paint boast paint+primer and only one coat needed, this is definitely not worth the time or money.

I've bought Glidden paints over the years and have had excellent results. I used the new spray paint they came out with and it worked way better than any others I've tried. Last week I began painting our 5 bedroom home with the interior diamond paint and I am extremely impressed with the results. I can't say enough for Glidden paints.

Excellent color, amazing coverage. Needed two coat, but came out gorgeous. Highly recommend it.

Time saving one coat paint is great and with a dark blue that's a tough task to accomplish.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. Drys to the touch within minutes, causing streaks in the paint from not being able to level itself. It just cost me tons of time and money!

Used Glidden years ago, and was pleased with the results. Bought this "Diamond" product and I hate it. Used it over walls painted 18 months ago that is a shade lighter than the new color, and nothing but lap marks, even after two coats. I bought it assuming the primer would help, and two coats may not have been necessary. One coat wasn't enough, but even the second coat looks like crap.

We decided on "Blue Tang" for one of our rooms. Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed when we applied the paint, on a prepped wall, and realized the blue was more "neon" than the swatch. Admittedly, this may be a result of the lack of coverage. Our experience is that this is certainly not a true primer+paint/one coat option. As seen in the attached picture, it certainly did not provide full coverage.

Definitely not a one coat or even close to it. Takes 2 or 3 coats at least. And when it comes to durability, this stuff won't last more than a week with 4 kids. I can scratch it off with my fingernail. Disappointed and will likely never buy a Glidden paint for as long as I live, and you should avoid this paint even if it's free

I bought this paint after buying 3 other gallons of the premium. After they didn't cover I went with the one coat which still let the white bleed through.

I asked for flat paint and chose Diamond brand because of colors I liked. The product is labeled flat but my painted home reflex light. Glidden made the product, tested the product but put incorrect description on the label deliberately creating unnecessary stress and expenses to the customers! Now I have to repeat the whole process of shopping and painting. Please don't reply to this with "we are sorry", instead label your products correctly.

This is some of the worse paint I have ever purchased. It is so far from “one coat”, it’s not even funny. I have paint over dark walls with lighter colors and it have looked better than this. Super disappointed.

I bought a gallon of Glidden diamond paint and primer 3 days ago and I wish I hadn’t. It’s barely covered, with brush and roller applications. It looks almost watery and it has dried. The color is not at all close to what was on the swatch in the store, even though the numbers match there must have been some error in the tinting. I am going to return it tomorrow and I hope there will be no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Paint! It has a low odor, is easily spreadable, and has great coverage. I love the eggshell finish, it looks so nice on my walls! I used it to paint the stairwell that leads to my basement and love the outcome, it looks great and was an easy project since it really only took one coat. It's a high traffic area that leads to our game room so the walls often need scrubbing and this paint holds up great! Very easy to clean! I am very satisfied!

I purchased this paint yesterday to give our kitchen island a forest green pop of color. I expected Behr coverage with this Diamond satin paint but after 2 coats, it’s extremely blotchy. The first coat went on so thin that I thought I had done something wrong. I went back and mixed the paint again and tried a different roller brush. I even PRIMED the surface first! I started a 3rd coat and it looks great…with a 3rd coat. We’ll see how it holds up with durability but I’m not impressed with the coverage and wish I’d just gone with Behr. I only resorted to this one because it had the only color I liked.

My contractor bought this because he said it was really good and covered well. Had a low VOC rating on the label. Yes it looks nice and he said it was low spatter, yes. But I had the window fan going by the end of the day to try to remove the smell. That night it got colder out so that was a no go. Had to put up with the smell for two more days. What a literal headache.

I bought this being told it’s paint and primer in one and only needed 1 coat not true had to go buy valspar to finish the job

I been wanting to repaint my home office for some time. Looking at different options for paint. The prices are astronomical. In shopping around I found Glidden Diamond. It claimed to be one coat coverage. I was yah sure. The gentleman at the paint counter said it would. So I bought a gallon and was very impressed; it covered the blue gray paint in one coat! Talk about money savings and time savings too. Thanks Glidden and PPG. You have won over a loyal customer.

This is the worst paint I have ever used. I was told that it was similar to the PPG Timeless but it isn’t even close. It is so thin it’s like water. I did two coats and I ended up taking it back to the store. I was still having roller marks after two coats. Do not recommend this at all!!!!! So frustrating!!!

I got this paint for my bathroom in a gray. It went over a darker color with one coat. I was so impressed that I did not have to do a second it looks amazing.

Tried to touch up a wall that I had painted about 5 months prior in a satin finish, and although I brought the can back to be shaken by the machine it still did not touch up. I used same application method and same roller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the Glidden Diamond paint in white. I can not tell you enough how much I love this paint! We used it in multiple rooms in the house to touch up the baseboards and trim around the windows and doors from where we either got other paint on it or just wear and tear. Let me tell you this stuff is amazing. We were able to do so much with just 1 can. I thought for sure we would have to buy another with how much we wanted to do. It covered so evenly in just one coat, even on some spots that had darker colors and you could never tell. It spreads out so well that a very little goes a long way. I was also very impressed with how easy it was to wash out of my brushes, which is something I usually struggle with. We do a lot of remolding and painting and this is my go to brand for everything. It's worth the price. Makes a complicated project so easy. Not to mention it looks amazing and last forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Building custom shelves with fiberboard and sheetrock. Wanted to test. One coat? Yes, even on the fiber board. The only difference I can see is in texture (left to right, right being 2 coats). Sheetrock, no primer, 1 coat, looks amazing. Seemed runny to me when mixing but was pleasantly surprised when rolling. Went on crazy easy and the results are good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy after discovering Glidden Diamond interior paint and primer. It is the ultra scrubble one coat paint. It has advanced leveling for smooth application and Rich finish. I was able to use this paint out in my garage side room. The walls had not been painted for many many years so I was worried it would not cover up well and that I would have to do a few coats. Well I did not need to be worried this paint applied easily and it primed and painted the walls covering up all the years of marks and scuffs on the walls. Very easy to use and only needed one coat for a great looking wall for years to come. I did actually have a mishap where a child got muddy hands all over the wall right after I painted it. Thanks to this being a scrubbable paint I was able to wipe it off easily with no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great paint! It's super high quality paint, and very easy to use! The paint itself is thick but easy to smooth out! Getting the lid on and off is easy too, which I appreciate. Also, it doesn't take too much to cover parts of the wall. There is plenty of paint in the can to finish a project! A smaller project, at least! The color is perfect too! It's nice and subtle. There isn't a super bad smell either, and it dries pretty fast. Give this paint a try, you will be very happy that you did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I had the hardest time trying to get the plastic ring off the can. Took me a good amount of time to figure it out. We ended up taking a screwdriver, rotating the can and using the screwdriver to pry under it and it finally popped off. This Glidden diamond interior paint+primer in the color delicate white is perfect for my dreary looking laundry room. I sill have lots of holes on the walls to patch up but I did one wall and it's giving the area a more brighter look already. One coat wasn't enough I could still see some of the old color coming through, so I definitely had to do a minimum of two coats. My walls also have some texture so I feel for that reason also I need to do the two coats and mayve even three coats in some areas. The paint color delicate white is a great shade of white, that is brightening to the area. It dries pretty fast too. I am a little dissapointed that I had to go in with two or three coats considering this Glidden interior pain is a +primer.

Very little to no ventilation was needed as I could not smell any type of odor! Once dried I was pleased with the easy of cleaning from my little ones accidents!

I feel like eggshell is so much more forgiving for blemishes and more. This has great coverage, not thin at all. Once dry, we did test how scrubbable it is and it seriously holds up. I definitely will look to use this as we repaint other rooms.

We were renovating our kitchen and this paint was perfect for kitchen walls. It is low odor paint with primer, that was very easy to apply and fats dries and the wall didn't feel sticky. This paint is Ideal for use in low-traffic areas such as bedrooms, dining rooms and formal spaces. It is a big container that will be enough for another rooms in our house.
