[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to use in by bathroom, which was painted bright yellow. I wanted something more soothing . When I started painting it looked as though it would not cover the yellow but to my surprise ,one coat great coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to paint my ceilings in my home and it looks great. I painted two coats over the ceiling but one coat would have been enough. The paint mixed well and went smoothly on my ceiling. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this gallon is simple to up open. I used a tool to gently pry it open. Once open, I wanted to get started painting. I wiped down the wall first to have a nice clean surface. I decided to buy a natural bristle brush and a roller. Both work well with this paint. I needed to paint over a gray wall in my bedroom and like how white will brighten it up. Since this paint is matte it is best to stay away from humidity from a kitchen or bathroom. I noticed right away how well a small amount would go. I felt I only needed one coat of this paint. So already this outperforms other matte paints I have used. Also streak free and quick drying paint. Another very good pro is that it is made to be a washable matte paint. Highly recommend for a professional look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product not long after I moved into my new house and it did wonders for my dated bathroom. I needed something to brighten up the space and this paint did the trick. It was easy to use and went on evenly on my plaster walls without fuss. The paint was smooth and mixed well. I also appreciated that the finish product cleaned up nicely after my toddler got to a crayon and put his artwork on the wall. The fact I did not need to do a separate primer made my day. I am all about ease of use and this paint fits that perfectly. I will enjoy using PPG paint in other rooms of my new home to help make it feel more like my style.

I like that it’s easy to keep clean and the paint doesn’t get messed up if I have to wipe something off of it. This paint has a nice shine to it because of it being matte. This paint is perfect for kids room and I’m very happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with PPG interior paint and primer. The texture was perfect, not too thin and not too thick. The color was bright and beautiful. The paint dries pretty quickly and it does not leave any type of bubbling or slouching. Now, going into the jobs in my house I was certain I would need to double coat my walls. Wrong! I seriously only needed one coat. After drying I had a very nice finish. I had quiet a bit of product left over since I only needed one coat. The cleanup was easy too, simply soap and water. One thing I really liked about this product was it did not smell strong. I am typically very sensitivd to smell and had no issues. This product is amazing for any interior job you need, which I truly appreciate. The primer being included in the paint saves a lot of time, and is an appreciated touch.

This paint was also not running or thick like some paints are. This made painting smoother also. This is now my favorite paint for painting indoors.

I used it as a base coat for the inside of my newly built shed before painting over it with blue paint and the results look great. This is definitely a high quality paint and I love how primer is included. I would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paint was much thinner (more fluid) than I’m used to so I was a little worried about how well the tan (silk) would cover the medium blue that my office was painted. I have to say I was very pleased with how well it covered. One coat actually covered the blue on the walls better than my usual white paint covered the blue on the trim (Which took 4 coats). The one negative and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the smell. It had a much stronger odor than my other paint which is “low odor” paint. I have horrible lighting in the room (just a floor lamp) so the pictures don’t do the color justice. It’s a very nice tan/beige and I love the matte finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m using this PPG UltraLast Interior Paint to paint my living room. The color is pretty light- “Crushed Silk,” so I wasn’t too sure how well it would cover the ugly, dark tan color that my walls have been. I haven’t painted in years, so my technique wasn’t the best, and I thought it looked streaky after my first coat, while it was still wet. But once it dried, it looked nice. No streaks and great coverage! It’s got the primer built in, so that’s convenient. Honestly, it looks good enough that I probably wouldn’t have to do a second coat, but I plan to, just to be sure it looks great. I’m really excited about the “Clean Surface Technology.” It’s supposed to repel stains and scuffs and be washable, and keep its freshly painted look for a long time. So that gives me confidence that I won’t have to paint again for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the 25+ years I've lived at my home, I would paint every room in my home except inside the closets. The small space with the taping and prepping with the many cutting-ins and trim just had me dread painting them. So you can imagine how the white paint is now yellowish looking from all these years of not being freshened up. Opportunity arose when receiving this PPG UltraLas Interior in white. I prepped and taped and dove right in!! The color is a beautiful white and bright! Which the closets in my home need to make them look bigger and brighter then they really are. The paint glides on and covered perfectly with one coat. It has very low order content and dries in the right amount of time with no sagging or bubbling. The consistency is perfect! NOT thin or watery or thick and globs it on. You will end you project with a very smooth finish and exceptional coverage. I thought I would have to use two coats BUT that was not the case at all. I used less then half the gallon which leaves me more to do another closet which I will tackle later on today. Using this paint made it less dreadful to paint the closets because I didn't need to spend more time to put more then one coat to cover all the yellowish stains and needing drying time in between coats. Cleans up with warm soapy water. This PPG UltraLast Interior paint is ideal for any room in the home. Comes in various shades to accommodate and compliment any decor. Painting little spaces like closets is no longer a dreadful job for me personally PPG UltraLast Interior paint!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interior of my home is gray-toned so I was curious to see how this paired with my existing color scheme. At first glance I thought the color was not gray enough. Instead it looked a lot more white than gray. However, upon application it was a nice and subtle shade of gray that I ended up really liking. The finish is matte so it looks nice in a bedroom space. It was pretty quick to dry as well so that was another plus. If you want to try something other than white on the walls, this is a good entry into a different color tone without going too far from a neutral color scheme.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely happy with this Ultralast paint + primer. It has a very low odor which is great especially if you’re sensitive to strong smells. It covers perfectly on walls, we needed to touch up the trim around our door because of peeling paint (kids got bored) and it covered it nicely. It looks beautiful and dries fast. Once completely dry, it’s more of a matte white with little to no shine. I was able to just use one coat of paint on the trim and it covered it nicely. It repels stains which is great especially if you have kids who like to color/draw on walls and removes pen/pencils marks easily without staining. This paint also can be used for doors, ceilings, trim, etc. Excellent choice for interior paint that provides great color so I highly recommend!

I bought my paint at a PPG Paints store location. The employee was knowledgeable about the paint and suggested it to me. I chose the PPG color "Subdued" for a bedroom. The paint was easy to cut in to the ceiling and trim without using masking tape. It hides and covers really well and seems to level out pretty good making brush marks disappear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the PPG brand UltraLast Interior Paint Primer to cover my dark burgundy walls. Because I was covering such a dark color I used 2 coats of primer before painting the walls with my current color. I do not see any bleed through, everything looks even, and the new walls look great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PPG UltraLast Interior Paint + Primer worked great to get my walls back to a lighter color. I used this on dark grey walls that were making the house way too dark. I needed to use two coats, which I think is pretty standard. I painted the walls a beige color after priming and have not noticed any bleed through of the original grey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent the past weekend painting our bathroom. I wanted neutral colors that would complement almost any bathroom theme. I chose to use PPG Ultralast Shade Whisper Gray above the chair railing and went with their Ultralast Delicate White below the railing. This paint went on very smoothly and the coverage was exceptional. One coat provided great uniform coverage. This bathroom is used by our kids so I wanted a paint that was durable and washable. This paint is by far the best paint I've ever used. It has inspired me to buy 2 more gallons to paint our master bedroom. Excellent product that I would buy again and again!

I am a contractor in the Ann Arbor area and generally use Benjamin Moore Aura and Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. I was given a trial a trial of Ultralast and was completely blow away with the coverage and finish. Add that to the fact that this is supposed to be the most durable and washable finish on the market and i was not a heavy PPG user but definately will be using much more of this product especially on my higher end projects. Price point wise is also very reasonable.
