Love the tinted glass to reduce heat on my back door. Even on old house the sleek lines look great

Very easy you don’t need to look the instructions excellent

I thought the gray tint would prevent the sun from shining on my door so hot. It did not. Matter of fact, it seems the sun beams on the door more now. The box that this arrived at my house was torn up and I was concerned that there will be pieces missing however, there were NO instructions. The installer had to use YouTube to get the installation information. Needs to include instructions.

A little tricky to hang but looks better than I thought and keeps the weather away from my back door, so yes glad I got it!

Order 3000 but she 2 of 1500 . Ridiculous and waste of my time to bring back for refund

Note: screws provided are for brick wall . So you’ll need to purchase woods screws if you have wood siding. They look really nice!! Very happy w them.

The instructions (all in pictures) were accurate & helpful. The materials seem very sturdy. And it’s quite attractive. You really do need 2 people to complete the final steps of installation but doesn’t take long at all

Very satisfied with my Palram Awning. It is over my backdoor and provides a cover for rain, where my storm door dosen't get completely wet. It looks really nice. Very pleased with my purchase, and the price was excellent.

Missing parts and products as very

Parts were missing from the box. Box was slightly opened this was the second order same thing happened with the first. My husband made it work but very frustrating especially since we needed by the first date ordered.

I love my new awning. It was easy to install for my handy man. Looks great over our side garage door.

Excellent. It wasn't easy, but I managed to assemble it by myself with no assistance. Also, the screws and anchors included in the packaging were good quality! Surprised me- usually ill use my own screws and anchors for an installation of something so heavy, but they did the trick. Measurements can be a little annoying since it's in Centimeters and not inches, but if you just be careful and go slowly, you can figure it out. Finished product looks great!!
