Some crystal pieces are missing + a couple screws. But it looks great. Just put it up. Shipping was perfect.

Very happy with the fan. Looks great and adds a nice ambience to the room.

my daughter went to pick it up the person at Home Depot noticed the box was severely damaged. He didn’t even check to make sure the ceiling fan one broke but it was when open the box the glass was broken. Can’t believe y’all couldn’t even check it out.

The light didn’t work. Instead of replacing the fan they sent a remote kit only to “test the issue” which took 6 mos. After electrician was out twice, he confirmed that the connector that goes into the harness was bad. Customer service became unresponsive at homedepot@eileengrays.com. After 18 mos I have given up and bought a new fan. I don’t install my own. So if you can’t get this thing up and confirmed working in 30 days (Electricians take way longer to. book than that!) then I would SKIP this

Beautiful and sparkles

We love how sexy, gorgeous and beautiful bright the ceiling fans are. The ten ceiling fans are perfectly hanging throughout church sanctuary. When we enter the sanctuary the ceiling fans crystals sparkles like diamonds. The ceiling fans lights are giving our space such a brighter atmosphere. Perfect.

So far looks glamorous and classy. Makes the room look larger.

When looking at the picture on Home Depot this seemed to be the perfect light fixture/ceiling fan. However, in real life the reality was the upper part where the glass was already attached was beautiful but the crystals you hand yourself are all cloudy. We tried various methods to clean them, but the "crystals" remained cloudy. It's really noticeable compared to the cut glass that hangs above it. I'm really disappointed.

The fan is stylish. I've gotten lots of compliments. However, it does not look exactly like the picture. It is missing the center hanging prism. It's not included and there isn't a place to attach it if it had been included. The center is a gaping hole.

OMG! This crystal chandelier ceiling fan is a diamond in the Sky! I was amazed how this fan changed the tone of this room. It is so elegant. I love it!

This ceiling fan with 3 light bulbs is a beautiful addition to my den. I am very pleased with my purchase it came packed very securely and my electrician had no problem installing it. I highly recommend it.

My husband usually can install ceiling fans with no problem, but this was hard to install. It also shakes on levels 2 & 3.

The fan looks ok. The instructions are terrible. wiring diagrams are jus bad. Another china product that is so-so.

It’s a beautiful ceiling fan and light but the remote doesn’t work consistently.

Love the elegance but it took forever to put together.

Looks so gorgeous. Same as the picture. Only thing is when you turn on, the crystals are moving and making a noice that we dont like.
