Please provide an explanation as to why Home Depot would advertise these pavers and it can only be purchased by the PALLET! Do you care what your customers want to purchase? Take it off the website please? This is totally ridiculous and I’ve read the reviews for the past two years and you are purposely ignoring your customers.

I’m looking to purchase several red curved stones for a project. I don’t need a full pallet. I see other customers are wanting to do the same. I wish Home Depot would consider selling them by the piece. The low rating is due to its accessibility, not due to its quality.

I want to buy only 14 pieces and now I can’t , we have to buy the whole pallet I don’t know why we can’t buy single pieces ..

It’s truly disappointing to not be able to buy the amount I need. Why are these pallet only? This messes up my project.

This is ridiculous choice. Keep doing it and HD won’t have a bright future anymore

Pulled from all your stores for individual sale. Only available online by the pallet. A completely insane marketing strategy. Most of your customers don't need and won't buy an entire pallet. You are losing a huge amount of sales while spitting in the face of the individual customer. Catering to contractors alienates your individual customers. Listen to your individual customers and heed the vast majority of your negative reviews for this product. Poor marketing decision period.

Looking at the reviews shows that I’m not the only one frustrated with this specific product. Why would you only sell this specific brick in a pallet only? It makes absolutely no sense. I’m not spending $700+ on an entire pallet when I only need 1-2 curved bricks. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been looking for years for this brick specifically and every garden/maintenance store anywhere does not sell these. Why is this a thing that no one can have access to??!

Easy to work with. The nice thing is I've been using these for several years, and the only thing I see that could be changed is some of them have a white stain of some sort. Bottom line, they get the job done, especially if you have the right tools.

Why would you stop selling individuals like you do the straight. I started doing flower beds last year. Wanted curved to round off the beds, only can't buy them now. Only needed 12. I am very disappointed in home Depot.

I shopping this item for a while. I only need a few pieces. But it is only available online in bulk. 175 pieces sale together online. I hope Home Depot has some retail in store.

Dont understand why there are no options to buy limited quantity versus entire pallet. Poor Marketing strategy

The paver stones are exactly what I needed. However, the delivery of them was horrific.

It appears that those looking for a few pavers not a pallet have had same problem shown in reviews since 2021. No one at HD paying attention!

Release the hold so we can finish our projects please.

Who needs a pallet of 176 of these bricks? And to make that the only option? Someone needs to seriously review the marketing strategy. 176 bricks might be okay if I were building a mock Stonehenge in the backyard.

I would like some of these but i dont need a pallet it says a stoe could ship 107 i dont need amount either but several people would like these why dosent the store get some if there availability is some from different stores

why in the world would I ever need 160 blocks of this stone. I'm doing a dyi project around my flower beds don't need 160 of them. it is ridiculous.

I called Customer Care and they researched and agreed...... they were not sure why you cannot buy individual stones... who would need 160 stones? I'm sure not too many people will be buying the straight stones with option to buy curved ones too... You need to have your product distribution look at this concern.

Why you don’t sell individual bricks, not everyone needs pallets. I hope you I hope you are able to resolve this situation.

Totally worthless advertised product when you can't buy a "whole pallet full". I have 2 new trees. Each one will use no more than 10 per tree, probably 8. I only want to buy 20 pc. Ad above tells you only 1 pallet of 176 pc is all you can order. p/n 74951 internet #202362928. Why in the world would I buy a whole pallet full of 176 pc and spend nearly $500 to do so? Poor business management is all I can say. I tried numerous times to text the "chat" person. No good help arrived only time wasted and then a 800 phone number that only gave me option to check on an order, or arrange a return or hear faq. Not 1 way to talk to a "real person". NO help whatsoever. I called the local store 3 times, got NO help, only "I don't know what to say......" Home Depot, go to school!!!!!! China is laughing at you. And I already know this message will probably get deleted or trashed so nobody else can see it. Why would I bother driving all the way to your store for anything else, not worth it.

What does a "home owner" do with an entire pallet of 176 of these concrete edging blocks? Your name is Home Depot, not Contractor Depot. Where do I buy 8 to 10 of these edging blocks from you to match the other 4 that I bought a few years ago? Home owner in Mt. Prospect, Illinois.

Was worried about the number of broken bricks i would receive and happily they all arrived intact, and ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the quality and look of them as well. Transformed my area into a well-groomed space.
