I DIDN’T RECEVIE THE BLOCKS I ORDERED AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE STORE MANAGER I WAS GIVING 400.00 CREDT FOR 10,000 DOLLARS OF THE WRONG MATERIAL AND LABOR TO INSTALLING THE WALL. THE MANAGER SAID THAT WAS THE ONLY THING HE COULD DO.

Everything for delivery was perfect. We actually ordered the wrong item for the top row, but we wioll work it out

Blocks are attractive and stacking was easy

Excess over pour on front bottom of wall block made blocks uneven. Had to chip excess off for level installation. Results in loss of work time

There were many broken and cracked pavers I bought two pallets, and there was 24 cracked pavers

Nice stone appearance

Product is good. Delivery and Service was incredibly terrible…..it took multiple calls to even speak to anyone and was consistenly ignored for a week, despite my efforts and despite the overhead I had to pay laborers waiting on delivery that never showed up, despite Home Depot saying it was being delivered.. Only until someone who is truly customer centric called me personally and hear, understand and fix the issue (Marquit from San Marcos, CA)….did I reconsider giving my small business dollars back to Home Depot vs. completely switching to other retailers. I hope Home Depot takes note…momentum shifts happen quickly and abruptly, especially around Customer 360, experience, satisfaction, lifetime spend, propensity to purchase. It’s not just your product that make you a successful thriving public company…it’s your service as well. That is where you need to improve.

I’m vey disappointed in the product and disappointed in the responce i got from Home Depot! The block wasn’t the color as sold , the block had slag on 80% and the widths and heights varied! The defects took time to correct in the field and cost me extra to fix !

We are furious. Home Depot delivered gray concrete RockWall blocks from Pavestone. The koi pond was built with what was delivered by Home Depot while I was out of state working. It was a horrendous mistake by Home Depot because we had paid for Yukon colored Concrete Pavestone RockWall, which looks like a rock's color. What was built is like a simple gray block wall of 25 feet. It is UGLY! I want it to be re-built by Home Depot in Yukon color like I carefully selected. Oddly, Home Depot delivered Yukon Capstones. Yukon Pavestone resembles a true rock with browns, tans, and earth tones. What I have is a hideous gray-walled koi pond and I am very upset. BE CAREFUL, Home Depot does not have tight controls in place on their own deliveries. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Lots of broken ones in the 2 pallets recieved; otherwise I am satisfied.

These blocks are strong, the coloring is gorgeous, and they stack perfectly. Just what I wanted!

Right size and weight for this project

Concrete blocks look great around my patio with pavers, good price and helpful staff at the store.
