The faucet that was received was slightly different than pictured, but installed easily and works well so far.
We were looking for the faucet with the pull-out-plug drain stopper mechanism, to replace our failed version (water connectors within failed). We went with Home Depot because the photos show the pull-out-plug behind the hot/cold handle, but this is not what was received. We ended up with the push down drain stopper and needed to also swap that out in our sink. The push down stopper is much larger (in appearance) in the sink. We lost a few bucks as we fell for the incorrect photo.

Perfect faucet for my powder room. I love it so much, I ordered 3 more to replace the other bathroom faucets. It is definitely a solid, well constructed faucet. Best quality ever!

Very low water pressure
It has very low pressure. I thought the issue was from my water supply at first but after doing research, calling a plumber, and wasting time/money it was all from the faucet. Don’t waste your time with it

We can troubleshoot what’s happening with your faucet and send you any necessary parts to correct it. This faucet is equipped with screens in the inlet adaptors to prevent debris from flowing into your faucet. The maintenance guide has cleaning instructions to clear any loose debris that may have gotten caught up in the screens that could be restricting the flow. Below is a link to these steps; please refer to the 3rd page, then step “Adaptor Cleaning.” If cleaning the adaptor screens doesn’t help, we’ll need to send you the cartridge replacement. Please call us at 1-800-732-8238 for further assistance with your faucet.

Love the look and style of this faucet. The only drawback is water tends to stay in the trough...it could have been angled JUST a bit more so it empties completely after use. Other than that, it's a perfect fit and easy to install.
