I installed this product two years ago. One of the cartridges needed replacement almost immediately, thankfully I am handy and was able to replace. Now two years later the spout has developed a pinhole leak through the chrome spout. I have submitted my issue to the Pfister and am awaiting reply.

This was very easy to install and has a handsome chrome finish. I especially like the fact that the 2 handles mean that I can turn on the cold water without running any hot water, as I would with a single-handle faucet.

They do not honor the warranty! They will send parts for me to fix but I cannot replace parts and...
They do not honor the warranty! They will send parts for me to fix but I cannot replace parts and will not pay someone to replace parts just to see if that fixes problem before they will send new faucet. Buy another brand!!!!

Working OK after 2 Months. Ok Quality.
It was easy to install, it has been working with no issues for the last 2 months, not the best quality around, but OK to my home needs. Price is fair for it.

Excellent Product
Great product, Had to replace the Aerator.
Had some issues with debris in the pipes that clogged the faucet. Had to remove the faucet stem to remove the debris.
Working just fine now.

Fits with filter
The faucet along with sink took 2 hours to replace/install. My counter-top water filter fits this faucet. I chose these handles for ease of turning without the use of dirty phalanges. Though I do keep wanting to push down on the handles instead of pushing side-to-side bc of the flat up/down design similar to another faucet that works in such a fashion.

No more faucets are leaking!
From a 75yr old do-it-yourself kind of a guy, it took longer to remove the old kitchen faucet and clean up then it took to install the new one. Plus the limited lifetime guaranty, and for me that would be two life times, I won't have to replace this beauty ever.
