Spent extra on this Ladera set to have a more premium product. Looks: Made cheaply, the metal is hollowed out on the backside. This feels sharp and junky. Place for dirt and germs to hide. Installation: need to have exact measurements to make the two peices fit together perfectly. Hopefully you don’t have a wonky wall.

I like how sturdy and functional this holder is and nice looking as well with other ladera towel bar and towel ring I also purchased. Easy to install with paper you put on the wall so you can mark the exact spots to put the bracket and screws in using a level. Empty roll of tp gets replaced easily by lifting and replacing with new roll.

Matches my new bathroom faucet.

I love it! Be careful because I left a little gap. Also bought matching towel ring.

While this product looks nice and works great, the installation left me with 4 holes in my wall that I had to patch and paint because of a mfg/quality error. The provided template for installation, is 1/2" smaller than the actual product when installed. It says 7" but is actually 7.5". Do yourself a favor and measure the product assembled on the ground and use that as a guide during install.

Pfister Ladera Toilet Paper Holder in Brushed Nickel is very attractive and would look great in our bathroom, but for the simple fact that our bathroom is a NE Urban Rowhome. For a row home, the bathroom is uncommonly spacious. That is until you decide to put a washer into it. So the only place we could put it was in the middle of wall that you can see when entering the bathroom … very much front and center. It has an excellent aesthetic, and the brush nickel feels good to the touch. Its toilet paper install design is ingenious and simple. As a DIY’er, I have installed a ton of toilet paper holders over the years for rental properties, friends, and family. This one is a bit more complex. Let us just say I can usually install one on a hollow wall in 5 mins. This took me 15 mins. Maybe it is just me; I just could not get the holder to stay a constant level. It just seem to constantly off by just enough to annoy me. You all know what I am talking about. I ended up using double sided tape and an extra HD paint stirrer and a bullet level to create the level I wanted. I placed the holder parts on that and tightened down to the mounting bracket, which thankfully had a decent amount of give. I would recommend this for it’s good looks and design, but installing it was more painful than normal.

So I've had this toilet paper holder for a while now and it is great! So easy to refill new paper than the older spring loaded tube. Just lift the handle, remove empty tube, drop new roll in, and close. It was easy to mount with the included template and hardware! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with this toilet paper holder. It was very easy to install. Changing the toilet paper roll is very easy as well. Simple lift up on the bar (see picture I've attached) and swap out the rolls. Looks nice too. Will be looking for the matching towel holder too.

We have 3 bathrooms in home. We have renovated 3 of them now, and have installed this style in one of them. I love the new lift up arm to replace the roll of tp. It is so clever. You don't have to worry about the roll popping off and rolling away. We have a slide on type, and the roll comes off of that sometimes and rolls awawy too. So, thi beauty was a great replacement. I loce the stainless finish. It is well made, durable! One note, do NOT lose the inlcluded allen wrench. Theat is necessary for install, and if you need to remove it. Mine arrived in perfect condition. All the parts were present. The instructions appear easy to follow. My husband just knows how to install, so he did not not use them. The lines are simple and can easily be mixed with other styles. I could not fins one flaw with my unit, and I looked, lol. I received this to test, but all opinions are honest and my own.

Very nice quality . In my household after purchasing our first home some remodeling needed to be redone to update the house from the 1980 period . I like that this Pfister Ladera toilet paper holder is a spot defense brushed nickel finish . No more nasty water spots to worry about . Installation was a breeze and only took about 10 minutes to install. With a lift of the handle I can easily put on a new roll of toilet paper without having to actually take off the roller . Nice sleek and classy design gives my spare bathroom a much needed upgrade .

Ladera Tissue Holder Chrome looks good in my bathroom. I have had my towel rack for awhile and didn’t want to change it. I was looking for something to match it. Ladera Tissue Holder Chrome goes good with it even though they aren’t exactly a like. It is a up date from the old style tissue holder I had. . No more having to use that ugly tissue holder. Now I have a nice beautiful chrome tissue holder. I always hated the replacement the old spring tissue holder. Ladera Tissue Holder is easy to replace tissue. All I have to is snap a part the roll holder and add tissue it’s that easy. I have always trusted Pfister brand and would recommend this tissue holder.

My son's bathroom had a toilet paper holder with a single wall connection that continually loosened under his usage, so we needed something that would stand up to our teenager without needing constant fixing or repair. This Pfister Ladera toilet paper holder in brushed nickel matched well with all the brushed nickel in his bathroom. It has four screws holding it to the wall. Conveniently it includes good quality wall anchors that spread the point load about an inch and half for each screw if no framing is behind the drywall at the installation point. Once installed it is easy to flip up the horizontal bar to reload the toilet paper holder. It seems very sturdy and should hopefully outlast our son's teenage years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely am in love with this toilet tissue roll holder. It give a certain elegance to my otherwise drab restroom. It was quite easy to install and only took me about 10 minutes with a regular phillips head screw driver. The brushed nickel is a beautiful shade which coordinates perfectly with the other accents in the bath. It easily hold a standard, double and extra double tissue roll, with room to spare! It is sturdy, and the replacement arm is easy to maneuver and easily closes and opens. Would definitely recommend and will get an additional for my office restroom.

This toilet paper holder adds a touch of elegance to my tiny bathroom. Installation was quick and easy. I love the way the brushes metal shines, but isn’t too shiny. Changing out rolls is so simple. You just lift up, switch out and lower back into place. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a new toilet paper holder.

I'm really pleased with my new Pfister Ladera Polished Chrome Finish tissue holder! The classy smooth style of this holder is just beautiful! It has an easy lift up swing arm that is so simple to load. The Ladera tissue holder was a snap to install with the included brackets, template and instructions. I truly recommend this product!

I love the design of this toilet paper holder. Once installed, the arm will raise up to takeoff the old roll and put on the new one. Super easy compared to the old style toilet paper holders. Classic satin nickel design goes with everything in the bathroom. Once our bathroom is remodeled in the next coming week or two, we are installing this, along with the matching bath towel holder and towel ring holder. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

we needed some new fixtures in the powder room. my wife liked these and we ordered them.. they arrived well packed and in perfect condition. they look better then the pictures. the finish is first rate and they have a solid feel. the install is basic and similar to others i have seen., see the pic. overall we are very happy with this toilet paper holder

This is a very well made, solid, pivoting toilet paper holder from Pfister’s Ladera collection of fine bathroom accessories. It is made with Pfister’s “Spot Defense” stainless steel. Pfister’s “Spot Defense” stainless finish helps keep your towel bar looking clean and like new by helping prevent water spotting and fingerprints. After buying my first “pivoting toilet paper holder” I would never go back to the old style with the spring tube holder. The pivoting toilet paper holder means no more dropping the spring loaded roll holder. And you can change the paper with one hand! Never again will you yank the paper trying to rip it, and have the roll and spring holder tube go flying across the room. The box contains the 4 mounting screws, 4 plastic drywall mollies, and a 2mm Allen wrench to tighten the set screws (See Photo). Yes, the set screws are metric, so hang onto that Allen wrench if you don’t already have a set of metric Allen wrenches. There is a drilling template included for marking your screw hole locations. Pfister has a complete line of matching products in their Ladera collection. Including toilet paper holder, robe hook, towel ring, and even matching Ladera bathroom faucets for sink, tub, and shower. The Pfister Ladera Toilet Paper Holder in Spot Defense Brushed Nickel is a great fixture. It came with all the necessary hardware and a template to use for installation. I like how it pivots to change the roll instead of having a separate spring type holder. The brushed nickel finish looks great too especially since it doesn't show spots. Makes for a clean, upscale look.

Pfister Ladera Toilet Paper Holder in Spot Defense Brushed Nickel looks wonderful in my guest bathroom. I recently did a complete remodel and chose the Pfister Ladera collection. I installed the toilet paper holder between the sink and the toilet and made sure to install it a little high from the floor to make it easily accessible. Installation was a little difficult due to the set screws being underneath but after a few tries, I was able to get it.

A very well designed pivoting arm toilet paper roll holder in a brushed nickel finish. The brushed finish is very fine and consistent throughout the holder parts. Overall a very easy installation – the finished appearance is very impressive. All the required installation hardware hardware is provided including paper template for locating the holes to be drilled into the wall. The holes in the wall brackets are a little over ¾” apart giving good stability for the installed wall brackets. They provide a setting tool for the drywall anchors and an allen wrench for installing the toilet paper holder arms to the wall brackets.

The Pfister Ladera Toilet Paper Holder comes in Spot Defense Brushed Nickel, which is much like a satin stainless-steel color. It comes with the mounting hardware and a small allan wrench to connect it to the wall brackets. There is also a paper temporarily tape to the wall, being sure it is level, and then drill the mounting holes accurately. Remove the template and mount the hardware, then mount the paper holder using the allan wrench to tighten the fitting on the underside of the mounts. The long arm needs to be on the left side. The arm raises to replace the toilet paper. The brushed nickel is a very nice color so that it fits with most décor. This is a very nice design. The overall length is 9 3/4 inches.

Excellent product. Nice finish & look. I bought the set. No more spring loaded holder to deal with, or an open holder where the roll falls off. If the swing bar is too tight, just loosen the screw in the back.
