The only difficult part of the installation was the Allen wrench tightening. The fitting is too small and in close proximity to the wall.

Piece of Junk and Unhelpful "Installation Support"
The pieces don't fit together and feel cheap. I called Installation Support the number provided on the instructions by Pfister and they didn't even know that hardware existed from their company. No help, I hesitate to return it because I don't want someone else to have to deal with a defective product.
