We were considering changing to another brand. After reviewing over 100 models and most of the top brands, we realized they all have problems. Most of the problems with other top brands are leaks and water dripping, however many of the problems with this model and brand are not related to leaking water. The customer service with this company is much better that Delta, Moen or Kolher (read reviews and complaints from others about Moen and Kohler service). So we decided if all brands have some problems, we'd rather have a model and brand that have fewer leaking water issues (even if it means more other type issues) and we'd rather have a brand where the customer service will easily take care of us when there is a problem. So after researching and reading over 100 reviews on top brands, Pfister is the brand we'll stick with for all of our faucet needs.

I purchased the single handle bar faucet as well as the kitchen faucet with separate handle, spray, and soap dispenser. I love them all! Elegant design, smooth functioning, and approved by my plumber as well-built equipment that will last! Thank you, Pfister!

If you have little clearance behind the sink, watch out! It is very difficult or impossible to install without a specialty tool, which I didn't have. The design changed from my old Marielle faucet. Instead of being able to remove/install the control body with a socket wrench (with an extension), I had to look all over online and around town to find a wrench that would fit over the hoses and the nearly 1.5 inch lock nut to fix the control body down onto the countertop. Customer support was good, but they couldn't get me the PF install tool any faster than 5 days, which would have meant my kitchen faucet would have been out of commission for nearly a week. The install tool should come with the faucet - that would raise my rating to a 4 or 5.

This is the second one of these faucets I have had. It is stylish and single sepate handle was exactly what I wanted. When orignal one was beyond repair tried a different look first and it just did not have the classic look of this faucet so exchanged for this one!

Did not expect the lifetime warranty to take place... The new faucet is very nice

We have built three homes since 1997 and have used Price Pfister in all three homes. In fact, we used the Marielle Model #26 in the last two.

Soap dispenser broke the first day and the sprayer is cheaply made very light weight and feels like plastic ! the sprayer doesnt even work i dont like it and im returning it

I have a copper sink so the color matches with the sink. Easy to install.

It was difficult to install and we have had our plumber back twice in the 3 months we have owned it because the hose from the mixing valve to the spout has collapsed on it self reducing the flow and pressure. No apparent way to fix it. Our plumber told us it was a poor unit when he installed it.

The water pressure changed on this faucet a few years ago. I was however getting water out of the faucet until right before Thanksgiving.

This was a replacement for a unit that had failed. There was a problem installing the nut that went over the three hoses on the control unit, otherwise installation went OK.

This is a beautiful Kitchen Faucet with great features like a soap dispenser and a sprayer, I highly recommended.

Love the style of faucet. Price Pfister not the leader in quality. We had to replace our original faucet (same as this) due to quality issues. If we did not have to match another sink, we would probably go to another manufacturer.

Was exactly what I was looking for

I had my original Marielle kitchen Faucet for over 12 years and the Pfister Compnay honored the warranty without any hesitation what so ever. About a month ago now one of the main cold water feeds developed a pin hole leak and the Pfister Company replaced the complete faucet. All I needed to do was tale a picture of the problem faucet and send it to customer service. Thank You so much!

I bought this for our kitchen remodel. It is beautiful, solid, and very functional.

It took several calls but I was sent a whole new set (minus the hand soap pump) to replace my faulty one. Have not had the money to hire plumber to install, but i am overall happy that the company has a lifetime guarantee on their products. Thank you.

We installed our old faucet with this product (Tuscan Bronze) in 2004 and have been completely pleased ever since. Recently, the sprayer developed a leak in the handle along the seam. A Pfister warranty replacement is on it's way! Super!

Nice looking set,went together easily enough. But disappointed in the size of the water spout, it’s smaller in diameter than the standard in the industry and after it was installed we found out that you cannot put a sprayer on the end of the water spout.

We purchased this faucet when we had new counter tops installed several years ago, and it has really been a good faucet with very few problems
