Love this!!! I love the look of the logs and flickering light and the crinkling sound makes you think it should be giving off heat (but it doesn’t and that is perfect for me). It gives the room a cozy feel. Love it!!!

It’s awesome, it was just what I wanted, I had actually ordered 2 more for my friend’s that fell in love with mine.

It’s perfect! Looks and sounds like a real fire. I put it in our rental homes fireplace that has a gas log set. Since it’s hard to light and isn’t vented, I didn’t think it was safe, so I fixed the issue. Plug this one I n and presto, we have a “fire”. We live in Louisiana so we didn’t need the heat anyway.

I needed a fixture to fill in my empty fireplace. This works and looks perfect. Very easy setup, and the price of around $50.00 was perfect.

This fireplace insert adds a great ambience to the room and is simple to install. It looks way more realistic than I expected! I didn't like the "crackling" noise so I simply bend the plastic piece on the back so it wouldn't hit the rotating tinsel. I also found that the machine created a rotating noise which I also fixed by adding a piece of tin foil to avoid it from rubbing on rotation.

You can’t buy replacement bulbs for it at the store I purchased it from! When i called the help line y’all were no better! You don’t sell them either! Now i have to go hunt some up! The fireplace itself is wonderful, getting parts a pain

Just what I was looking for

I love it, it looks just like burning wood and sounds like it too

Cute. Cheap. But when you turn it on it's like listening to an old bar fridge run. The hum is terrible.

Looks so real!!!

Overall, I am satisfied with the product. It fit just perfect in my fireplace. It looks attractive. My only suggestion is to put something under the unit to cut down the amount of light that shows from under the unit. I am going to retrofit a pieces of heavy cardboard or a thin wood veneer under the unit to cut down the glow under the unit.
