The holes didn't line up with the original kickplate, but otherwise the product arrived in good shape. There were no screws included.

The brass kick plate was delivered damaged. It was bent on both ends and in the middle. I reordered within the store, however, the one delivered to the store was damaged also. I purchased one in the store. Although it’s not real brass, it’s nice.

The kick plate look great but it was received without the screws needed to install. I had to go to HD to get them.

Not as “polished” as I expected. I expected the polished finish to be like a a polished door knob. It isn’t.

It is a shame that after spending $59.00 for the kick plate they could not find the way to ship 12 brass screws with it. Very disappointed with being so cheap. Plate itself is fine and the screw holes don't match up with the old one but that is no big deal.

This applies to the packaging, not the product itself. I should have heeded other reviews regarding bent corner, which mine had. Considering the laughable packaging (more like thin cardboard wrapping paper than anything practical), I don't see how it could have survived transit.

The kick plate is made of heavy gauge sheet Brass and is finished in a high luster (not chrome-like, but a nice polished finish). Mounting screws were also more than adequate for the job and also had a Brass finish. I ordered this plate to replace another one that I had installed several years ago (Brass plated Aluminum) that did not withstand time or the elements!

It was bent and ruined

Kick plate arrived with one corner bent and a ding in another corner. No screws but screws were not identified as included so I can't complain. Pretty cheesy not to include screws.

Product was received damaged in shipment and had to be returned. Decided not to reorder. Product itself was probably satisfactory.

I thought I would have to pay more for a solid brass kick plate for the door of a customer. I was surprised and pleased that it was not as expensive as I thought. The customer was happy with it and hopefully it lasts them for many years.

Easy to install and makes a great statement to an already good looking front door!

for the money it was worth the price. minor hole adjust ments to fit where previous plate was, other than that, great. My neighbor is considering one now.
