After following assembly instructions and turning power on. I walked away and came back an hour later with at least two gallons of water on my floor. The dispenser was leaking from at least two places in the enclosed compartment that stores the water. I returned it and bought the same brand but a different model from another store. That one works perfectly fine.

Let me start by saying that I drink water 99.9% of the time. Our last water dispenser was a GE and I only got rid of it for vanity reasons. It no longer matched my kitchen. This dispenser is louder when it cools the water. It’s not annoying but very noticeable. Also, I have to remove the drip tray in order to fill my reusable water bottles. There is barely enough room for them to fit. I also can’t set the bottle down to refill it, I have to hold it because the spout is far in and will spill down the back of the water bottle if I don’t. This could have been designed much better. Really wish I went with a different brand.

I have to return the same model twice...The first one leaked water like a faucet turned on at full speed. The second one the hot water button does not function (when I pushed down, there was no resistance and no water).
