The cooler I had before I didn't have to pay so much for refills. I think this is wrong.

Water does not drain from the bottle into the dispenser as it should. Very frustrating.

Bought this for my folks for xmas. They love it!

Does not have a light to see at night on the water dispenser when u try some water .

An excellent buy! I've had many types of dispensers over the years and this one rocks. The one that I've been renting with my delivery service quit working, so when I saw the price on this one, I bought it. It's small, lightweight, sets up in a few seconds...most important, water is ice cold & no effect on the taste

Amazing product ! Cold water is cold enough and cooling , hot water is hot enough to make yourself a nice hot tea or cup of coffee definitely worth the purchase.

I love this product! It came in at just the right time & was super easy to put in place! I am sad though because I had family here from out of town & someone threw away my book of 3 coupons for free water refills ☹️ While they were here I went through 2 five gallon jugs of water so we all loved it!

It's a solid product. Meets expectations. One negative is that it's pretty loud when the cooler is running. Louder than our refrigerator actually...

Cold water noise runs continually. Decided to just turn off and keep on hot water only. Easier than return

Perfect size, I liked the top side dispenser buttons, excellent hot water but that is where it all stopped going right. Not sure if I just got a bad unit but the compressor was very loud and the cooling compressor never quit running. Very good after sales from Primo Customer Service and even better return service from The Home Depot. Unit was sent back to Primo via UPS for a full refund.

Dispensing buttons are much better than the old fashioned spigot I was used to.

Very easy to install and ready to dispense cold or hot water in less than thirty minutes.
