[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my scrubber for the first time recently. I had to clean a church with a lot of pews and two bathrooms. The versatility of the scrubber was awesome. Because of the size I was able to fit the scrubber beside the toilet, and it scrubbed the caulking around the toilet at the same time. The tile floors between the pews were another challenge, but the scrubber size made it easy to maneuver throughout. It cut my cleaning time in half and lowered my cost in man hours. I am seriously considering purchasing another scrubber to cut even more time cleaning down and/or to allow one machine to cool, on large jobs, while I continue to work with the other. 3 machines would be ideal. It wasn't as loud as I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise. SUPER great product! Our floor gets mopped often but this machine made it look like it's never been cleaned a day in it's life! We have a huge floor at our business and this was so great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello! The reason that I wanted to post this review and tell you why I bought this floor polisher is probably very different from other people. I bought it to help me strip and prepare my concrete for sealing and waxing. All summer I worked on my downstairs, moving furniture, and tearing out carpet, so that I could seal and wax the concrete. When I took the carpet out, it was a nightmare! The builders left paint and concrete patch all over the slab! I used a grinder on my dining room, and it caused a lot of dust. I decided to get the Prolux so I could wet scrub, plus I would need it to buff and polish the finished floor (also to strip wax eventually, etc.) The Prolux would be useful to me and, at 13 inches, it was the right size! If you look at the pictures, you will see how much work it did! Also, the customer service was nice. I had a concrete polish pad, but the floor polisher pad holder failed. I let them know and they replaced the pad holder. Thanks Prolux! (PS buy the package so you get the pad holder and the pads)

The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the buffers attachment kept falling off which made me feel unsafe while using. I used it to scrub our kitchen tile and had to stop several times to fix the buffer attachment. This is a poorly made tool. DO NOT BUY. The 13in Core Prolux main issue is that it's not a heavy duty floor buffer as advertised. How can it be at 150 RPM's? Next the pads do not stay attached to the black pad holder. It's just poorly made. Next, once you attach the telescopic handle to the buffer its very difficult to detach it. This would make it more easy to store. If you are 6ft+ it's very difficult to maneuver the handle. It's too short. DO NOT BUY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Prolux Core to better care for our hardwood and tile floors. We've not been satisfied with the results we get by scrubbing on our hands and knees then mopping and applying floor squeeze bottle floor finishes only to leave streaks and less than acceptable results. With the Prolux Core I can easily strip the floor of residual finishes, clean the floor to prepare the surface, apply new product and buff to the desired luster and hardness. The Prolux Core is extremely well made and balanced. It is easy to operate without any gouging or jumping, and the random orbital pattern doesn't leave any application streaking. I see no reason that this machine wouldn't last for decades. We have a very busy household with several big dogs and we look forward to finally being able to keep our floors looking good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 2 weeks ago. Our tile floor is much cleaner after 2 uses. While we were concerned there may be water splashing on the side, we did not experience the same (we didn’t use that much water). The machine is slightly heavy, so while the weight is good for scrubbing it may be heavy for a frail person to carry up the stairs. The motor doesn’t seem to be that powerful as compared to industrial versions - it does the job for residential use. I don’t know if the same motor is used for both the 13” and 15” versions. We have not had it long enough for a longer term review.

We purchased the Core scrubber/polisher in October 2022. We have used it to clean the new concrete floor in our large garage. The unit is lightweight enough to move around easily without fighting to control it. The 30 ft cord is just right for our purposes. Would recommend it for scrubbing medium sized floors. One improvement would be to have a light at the front to help illuminate darker areas.

This is a piece of crap, its a toy, do not purchase it. It broke within 30 minutes of use. I sent emails I called and I went on facebook to the manufacture and its been 7 days and I have not received a response. Its a terrible product and an even worse company (Prolux) do not buy this item or any other item from Prolux. One star is way too much but it did not allow me to rate it any less.

It just couldn't keep up with our demand of 2000 square feet of wood floors. We are very pleased with our Prolux heavy duty polisher. It has plenty of cord and is easy to handle and store. We would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality floor polisher for their home or business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small cleaning company and purchased this machine specifically for a healthcare clinic floor that remained difficult to clean thoroughly. First, it was affordable for me and my small budget, 2nd, it has the weight I needed to properly clean the floor, and 3rd it came with many different pads for me to use. The microfiber pads gives a great clean without fear of damaging any type flooring. The bristle brushes are awesome for getting the dirt out of all the little textured grooves that were making my stress levels rise. I use my machine on a weekly basis and I’m so happy I purchased this product.

I really love the look of polished concrete floors in Mid Century Modern home like I have. My floors were a matte sheen and dull looking. I followed the recommendation of a commercial flooring refinisher to to the matte finish. I was not happy. So, I treated the floors with a high gloss polish and burnished them with the Pro Lux polisher and WOW - they just jumped out. The best purchase I have ever made to maintain the look and feel of my MCM home. Every time I clean my floors I pull out the Pro Lux polisher to give it a boost in sheen. I was considering putting in Terrazzo floors but I am completely satisfied with a high gloss on concrete look - made possible with the Pro Lux Commercial Floor Polisher

It cleans really well. It glides across the carpet very easy and adjust to my hardwood floors with no problem. I recommend the vacuum and would purchase again.

The scrubber did not work for me at all. Great packaging nice looking product didn’t meet my expectations. I have an approximately 250 square-foot travertine patio that I wanted to scrub didn’t work tried to call the number left four different messages never got a return call.

Brush doesn’t always spin. I order scrub pads and I see no way to use. Definitely not worth it
