They stand behind their products and quickly shipped a replacement set. Aside from loose soil from shipment, all three aloe vera plants came healthy, strong, and in one piece. You Don't Always Get What You Pay For

Purchased this set of 3 aloe vera plants online to be shipped. While I waited for them to arrive, my husband purchased one at a local grocery store for $6.99. This plant was huge and healthy, with all leaves in tact. I received the set of 3 today. Not only were they tiny, but that is to be expected as the descriptions states they come in 3.5 in pots, but they were not as vibrant and healthy. I'm not sure if it was how they were shipped, but one plant had 1 leaf broken off and one was weak and seemingly dried up, although the soil feels moist. The second plant had 2 leaves that look like they had just been cut. The third one had all leaves in tact, but it was the tiniest of the three. Please see pictures. Each plant and then in comparison to the one from the grocery store.

I was nervous about ordering -- kind of pricey and they didnt look so great at the store so I ordered and very pleased. They took quite a bit longer to receive than what I expected but they were beautiful. I ordered for clients when I go out and meet them.

The plants came in good condition and were well packed. The reason for 3 stars is that the plants were packed with styrofoam packing peanuts which are environmentally very unfriendly. Styrofoam packing peanuts cannot be recycled and end up in the landfill. They take hundreds of years to breakdown. Please use environmentally friendly packaging!

They came nicely packaged with lots of soil in the little pots. They were shipped very well protected with paper wrapped like envelopes around each one multiple times. They look beautiful and are doing well. If I had to be picky, my complaint would be an alternative to foam peanuts would have been easier for me because I could not recycle the foam. The plants survived the shipping, came out of the box looking healthy and are great.
