-2 stars due to when arrived both the 2Amp batteries did not work. Had to wait 2 weeks for new batteries to be shipped to me. Other than that these tools work perfectly.

Outstanding value for quality tools

I've owned a Ridgid impact drill for a few years and started a small deck extension project recently. I'm glad I stuck with Ridgid. You can't beat their warranty and the power and longevity of their batteries/tools. I've had this tool kit for almost two months and I continue to use it for additional projects.

When I received my Ridgid tool kit I am missing the guide and guide lock. I notified the complaint center on 5/23/2024 and was given order #8866465, when I called two weeks later to check the status I was told there was a problem with that order. Order #8901506 was then created on 6/12/2024 and still have not received these missing pieces.

Used the circular saw and driver to build a privacy fence. The tools check out…no issues. They work as they should. The saw is great. The driver is a little heavy. My only complaint is the battery life. Does not seem to last as long as my other tools. Also, the charger is pretty flimsy.

It has not shown up yet. If I had known that it would take this long, I never would have ordered it. I hope i like it if it gets here.

I recently purchased a home and was in need of some tools to start installing some things. The drills work great, the reciprocating saw helped me tear out my old tub and i even used to tree a trim while I waited for my chainsaw to arrive. Im not a professional more consumer/prosumer and this works great for me and my purposes.

You will wait a lifetime to get them to answer the phone. Their website just takes you around in circles so you cannot file a claim there either. You e-mail them and they tell you to call the number where no one answers.

GREAT kit, I love it. This is actually my second Ridgid kit. I purchased one years ago when they first came out and I still have that one too...Highly recommend.

one of the 2Ah batteries wouldn't charge, so I exchanged at HD. replacement wouldn't charge. after some research, the charger appears to be a likely culprit. calling the help number puts you on hold forever, sending a help email takes weeks to respond, but nonresolution.I'm ready to return all the tools for something that works and has help when needed

Everything arrived and in good order. Nothing negative. I just don't give 5 star reviews for receiving service I should have gotten regardless.

Battery doesn't work. Spent hours on hold for a rep, nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Drill doesn't hold a straight line. So when trying to screw the bit keeps sliding off. Had my Dewalt tools for 24 years, and only got rid of them because no batteries except used ones, and one of them bulged at seams. Thought ridgid with lifetime warranty was a great option. My mistake. Save yourself the headache.

Next to my other ridgid tools most everything in this package seemed cheaper in quality The tiny blower was not what i xpected, the circular was a bit junkier than he old one I already own Overall everything seemed a cheaper quality I would not recommend even at a big discount

Batteries did not last as expected. Fortunately it came with 3 batteries and was able to rotate them every hour or so.

My less than two year old Rigid multi tool stopped working. With the Rigid service department directions I dropped it off at an authorized repair center as this was the only option for anyone in Canada. When I called the service center after 11/2 months to get an update I was told it needs a new motor but Rigid Canada does not have the parts and had no idea when they get them. After 3 months we were told to call and place a claim and it would be looked at . Not acceptable. Overly rated warranty.
