While most customers are satisfied with this model, please present your receipt and vac at your local Home Depot store within 90 days and they will replace it for you at their discretion. This vacuum is rated at 64 CFM suction power. There are several factors that can affect actual airflow, including turbulence in the hose and wands. Additionally, this model is rated 82 decibels. Vacuums can get loud especially when used in an enclosed space. We still recommend wearing ear protectors when using the vac for extended hours or in a noisy area.
