I’m happy enough.
I was surprised like other reviewers that there was no glossy factory sealed “product box” containing the vacuum. Only the plain brown shipping box. Product was “New” with only super minor cardboard dust. Else-wise, I like the size, balance, power and detachable blower. Quality seems good. Long cord is nice. Price seems a bit high, but I got it on Sale. Overall, a good little vacuum.

Product was very late being delivered, was not in the original packaging and was missing paperwork. Looks like a returned item someone at the warehouse stuck in a packing box and sent to me. Beyond disappointed!

The best part is the blower that can detached from the main unit. Very handy. The vac is also a good size for everyday home use. I really like it. Good all around shop vac at a fair price.

The diverter piece right inside the container where the hose connects causes many hang ups and clogs of stringy debris. Frustrating to have to stop every 10-15 minutes to disconnect the hose and clear it. The hose is cheap. If is lasts a long time I'll consider it a good purchase but I will be looking at different models in person at the store to confirm there is not a clog point and be replacing the unit.

For picking up these debris types, using a larger vac with a 2-1/2” inlet would be more effective for these debris types. We also appreciate your insights regarding the hose. However, offer a premium hose alternative, the LA2570, which is 4x times more durable and flexible than the original hose. This upgrade is available at your local Home Depot stores. We highly value your feedback as it helps us continuously improve our products.

I always use the hi-efficiency dust bags in all of my Ridgid shop vacs, small as well as large. Gives an extra measure of protection & can even extend the life of the "regular" filter. Highly recommend for any size Ridgid shop vac.
