[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and my wife and I trade it off and on for work and camping. It’s made life a lot easier as we can charge batteries, run laptops, monitors, coolers, etc. super easy setup. Debating on mounting it permanently in my truck.

Used it to power a small Christmas tree at a holiday market. Ran lights for a couple of hours on a 4ah battery. I was there for 11 hours, brought 3 batteries, should have had 4 or 5 but it worked well.

By far the best product to have doing Christmas lights business.

It will not provide 800W, will shut down around 650W.. False advertising.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best feature about this item is easily getting 300w out of an 18v Ryobi battery. 300w vs 150w can be the difference between being able to power a kayak/SUP dual air pump inflator or a portable small car refrigerator. 2nd best feature I like is the 12v cigarette outlet. This is a perfect item to have for travel and outdoor activities.

I was excited when I saw this Ryobi Inverter at HD today. It looked like it would be a step or two up from my Ryobi 150w inverter, but it has failed. I have a laptop that draws 65w and whether it is plugged in to the 12v source or loaded with the 18v battery it will not light up my power cord light and charge my laptop. Interesting enough, when I disconnect either power supply it lights up my cord's power light for a second or two. The 110 will turn on my WF3720 printer that draws 15watts.

Worked for a small amount of time and then wouldnt turn on wasn’t overloaded basically used to charge mobile devices

Haven’t used it yet to plug in a tv but plan on trying that in the future. Great product and super easy to use, I also love the built in flashlight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when my power went so I could turn my internet on and it worked great. I was able to have the internet and the tv on for a quite awhile and I was just using the 18v battery. Definitely good to have for emergencies.

I have alot of Ryobi products. So I have alot of 4ah and 6ah batteries. I bought it for hurricane Ian. I was able to keep my internet up and going for hours after the power went out. Kept my cell phones charged and even run a box fan to move a little air in our house. Yes you do need big batteries to keep it going. The battery pack option is a last resort. But it did it's job and kept us going till I could get my generator out and running. Also... Will run a standard box fan for 2 hours on a 6ah

I just bought this item thinking it was a good buy, I plug it in to my cigarette lighter and plug my laptop and it's to much power tht my laptop pulls.. so I just spent 160 for this and now have to buy a battery so it can charge my laptop, no thank you it's going back to homedepot..

We have a full suite of Ryobi products so we had plenty of batteries to fuel this device.

We regularly use it when we are camping and most recently used it when the power went out and we were the only house with "power". I recommend this for anyone that wants power off the grid or in a situation where it is not readily available.

One of the main reasons I bought it was to provide backup power to a power to my on demand water heater. Provides more than enough power to run the water heater for days and if I need more all I have to do is plug another 18 V battery and won't battery undo it. It doesn't have enough to run a refrigerator, but it does have enough to run several other items inother items in the house for short period of time like a coffee maker, And most of the other items that I would need to run I already have royalty power versions of those, lights radio is etc.
