I have wanted one for a year. I have air powered and this is better and portable

This angle die grinder is perfect, you can set the rpm’s. Plenty of power. I don’t use my air die grinder anymore. Highly recommend this unit.

So much better than pneumatic. Won't fit in the really tight areas but much more convenient otherwise

At first I had mid expectations. I needed to port a set of Chevy heads and intake manifolds. I usually use a 3 hp compressor and an air powered die grinder. I'm in a new house and don't have the 220 volt power hooked up. I saw this on the home Depot site and thought how bad can it be. I have about 20 other Ryobi battery powered tools. Well, I don't think I'm going back to using the noisy air powered die grinder. I'm very happy with the performance of the tool, quiet and less fatiging than the air unit. I like the speed settings it really lets you control the spindle speed . The tool is very torquey. I zipped through a set of iron heads and aluminum manifolds. Overall I'm very pleased with the tool! Good job Ryobi.

I was very satisfied with the performance of this tool.

Light, compact, and powerful. I needed this years ago, but struggled trying to sand with an attachment on a drill motor. Dumb, don't be dumb, buy this, you'll use this a lot. Read Ryobi's directions for use before using, it will help you.

It is my most used tool right now. It cuts, grinds, sands, polishes effortlessly. You can adjust rpm speed ranges with a touch of a button and you can control speed with the paddle as well. It's lightweight and easy to control. It has cut down my work time tremendously and I can take it anywhere-no hose!
