Great saw. I used it to cut holes in the ground that were full of tree roots. It did a great job of it.

Tough, strong, cuts everything. This is my second Ryobi reciprocating saw. It takes abuse and keeps on cutting.

I’ve been buying Ryobi 18v one+ tools for about 13 years now. They have only gotten better over the years. I’m not a builder but I’ve used my Ryobi tools to do multiple Whole House Renovations over the years. I have truly put them to the test. My first Ryobi & the oldest cordless drill/driver I own is 13 years old now & still going strong. I now own several other Ryobi tools and they are perfect for both big and small jobs.

Just got mine! Works great. And I love the light. Did even care if it was on there. But then I needed that light.

Branches and steel pipe no problem

Built system around Ryobi. Great tools.... while they work... 3 year warranty... tend to die at 3 1/2 yrs... sometimes a little before 3 years but they won't honor the warranty. Power cleaner... lasted 2 1/2 yrs... won't honor warranty. 10" chainsaw.. lasted 3 years and 2 months. Chemical sprayer.. lasted just short of 4 years.... sawzall... 3 1/2 years.... string trimmer ... 1 yr replaced by Home Depot.... again...good useful tools... just plan on replacing every 3-4 years. Milwaukee has a 5 year warranty... I think I will try them...

My son truly enjoyed this as a birthday present.

Was good for what I needed it for....will need to become more acquainted with the tool to use it well.

This is my second one in three years. They are not made to be used regularly. If u are an occasional project person that might cut just a few things this is the way to go. But if you plan to use this more frequently it just is not Made to do hard work. I have all ryobi batteries so at this time stuck with ryobi replacements. But when I have a large project i use my dewalt plug saw

One of the batteries will not charge and has never charged. Would have gone with a different option if I was going to have to purchase a battery. The included batteries were the only reason I purchases this product instead of another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tool Apx 6 months ago. I have only used it a few times, and recently I was cutting Bamboo. The head that holds the blade broke off. I had to buy a new one to complete the job, AND It has my new blade trapped in 5he old head. Tiny shaft that attaches the head to the drive train.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this thing and it was easy to put together and I'm pretty sure it can suck a golf ball through a garden hose. This thing also turns on a dime and lays flat easily to get under things. Awesome purchase!

It works very well and I like how the blades get's secured. My old Ryobi saw had a screw that you needed to loosen and tighten, but now it just a lever to removed and secure blades.

This item was purchased to replace the one my son's uses. We had it for about 4 years.Someone stole ours last year from my driveway when I went in for a few minutes. He loves this saw & I love all the Ryobi line with interchangeable batteries. Cordless is so much better than gas /corded versions. This one is a bit heavier but like the two handed vs the single hand. Swifter, easier maneuver ability.

I strongly advise not to waste your money on Ryobi. Cheaper, yes. But not worth the savings. Bought one of their chainsaws; needed service within a few months. Sawzall needed 2 repairs within about a year. 2nd repair was not completed and I had to send it in again for same problem. They don't provide tracking number for shipment, tracking link doesn't work, getting Customer Service literally takes hrs. Just not worth it!
