These bamboo blinds would be perfect if they had a better clip to keep them rolled up-the plastic clips look cheap and are too stiff to work with so I used a soft yarn to tie them up instead.

Depends on expectations
Hung easily with screw in hooks. Did not screen sun and heat much. Is more of a privacy screen. Rating would depend on your expectations. The manual rollup and hook fastening is cumbersome.

These blinds are not made well
Last summer (2020) we bought 11 of these blinds. Since then we have replaced 6 of them. Suddenly, including some of the replacement blinds, the mechanism holding the blind up simply snaps. Usually, the breakage of the cord is only on one side of the blind. The cord on the other side also eventually snaps. We discovered that Home Depot only allowed us to return blinds purchased within a 3 month period. The blinds we bought last summer were outside that 3 month period. We replaced two of them at our expense. Then those two blinds broke. And by the way, we were not raising or lowering the blinds when the breakage occurred. The blinds are expensive and I'm thoroughly finished with buying this brand. Right now, they are tied in a raised position using wrapping string. We are stuck with broken blinds that we cannot return or fix since Home Depot does not sell repair kits for them. There is clearly something wrong in their design.
