They minimally filter the sun.

Good value for the price.

It broke within a week.

These are the same kind of shades that I have purchased in the past which is why I purchased again because I needed them . What I don’t like is of course the price has doubled and also they don’t come with strings to pull up and down anymore. Although it works with the little tabs they give you it is very inconvenient when you need to raise them in a hurry because of wind or storms.

Important set up kit was not included in the box (other people complained about this online). The company cut important features to cut costs - like a cord to raise & lower! Cheap, cheap, cheap! It used to be a good product; now it’s not.

Cheaply made and lack of a chord to raise and lower is definitely missed.

Fairly easy to install. It works great and looks great! Does exactly what I needed it for, Our back yard is due East and this does a tremendous job cooling and blocking the early morning sun

After reviewing the new “cordless “ design and reading reviews i decided not to buy.p 3 8 ft blinds. I think you lost 8 out of 10 buyers with this new cordless safety design. I understand but don’t like it.

Ordered 3 sets. One was missing the holders, reached out to Home Depot with no luck for replacing the part. Would have to remove the installed blind and return to store and reorder and wait for it to reship. Not worth it. Blinds are flimsy straws that need to be manually rolled up and with no holder the won’t stay rolled up. Home Depot used to be reliable and sell better quality merchandise. Won’t order from them anymore.

We like the shade it replaced an OLD one that was frayed and the plastic was getting damaged. The old unit had roll up shade by cords. MUCH PREFERRED over the new version.

A bit flimsy but that is to be expected by the price. The main problem is the manner in which you have to raise or lower the shade. You have to manually roll it up to the height you want and then hold it while you try to insert several cheap plastic hooks that attach to the thin string that hold the slats together, not an easy task. If you plan to change the height of the blinds often this would be a deal breaker. Also I think the plastic hooks would eventually cut the strings.

Fit perfectly where the old covering was attached, is of high quality, and is very attractive. Lets just the right amount of light through while providing protection from UV rays.

They look great. But guess I prefer the pull ups because I’m not tall enough to pin them up or unpin them to get them down. Didn’t think about it. My son who is 6’4” did a great job installing them.

The blinds do just what I expected and very pleased with them

They are what I expected EXCEPT that they sent 3 white and 1 brown shade….Should have all been white so have to exchange when I find time
