I am contemplating on ordering a pallet to put in my front yard. Please beware and make sure that you receive a 30lb bag as i ordered the medium and i received a 20lb bag. The bags did not have any bar code or item number. Check your order and weigh them otherwise I highly recommend them.

Your customer service center do not answer call in a timely fashion that’s why I am writing a review here stop removing my reviews and send my shipments correctly and that won’t be a problem. Still missing one bag

The stones are grey not black, be awarded of that

The rocks were not uniform in size and shape so the did not meet my need.

Color was per the picture, maybe a shade lighter. There were some viens of white / marble color through a few stones. Size was as described, there were a couple in the 3.5 to 4 inch range, but no big deal. A few rocks had been fractured during shipping & handling and they created a few sharp edges, so be careful spreading them around. Overall, we purchased black rocks and we got black rocks!

Rock sizes were NOT as represented - many (in some sacks most) were not 3-4inches, rather 2-3 inches. Disappointed.

These black super polished stones faded quickly to grey.Very disappointing.

The Rain Forest pebbles were exactly what I needed and beautiful. However, they are quite expensive given the volume (0.4 cu. ft.) and I had hoped they would cover a larger area than they did.

10/28/2020: Although I can see others having issues with this product, I was fortunate to order a good product. Perhaps it was because I ordered it late in the season. I had no problem with tiny pieces or broken pieces. I am well aware that the rocks might fade quickly when the nice weather returns next year. I am using this product to bump up against the house foundation. As you all know, mulch should NOT be placed right against your exterior foundation due to potential termites having a pathway to the house. Mulch needs to end approx 1 foot away from your exterior walls. This is where these rocks come into play. It provides a nice finish to my new mulch beds. Yes, SUPER EXPENSIVE but nice looking. I ordered only one bag to evaluate the product; now I can order more and complete the job.

Lots of them were broken.The size varies a lot more than I expected.

I received them. It’s not really what I was thinking I was getting, but I am thankful that I ordered them.

10 of the rocks were broken. None of them are what I would call super polished. I would guess they're finish closer to satin than glossy.

I ordered 840lbs of these rocks, hoping they were what I envisioned and not the wax-coated versions. They are true stunners, with a super smooth finish and a high gloss. The color is closer to a blue-grey than black, but that ended up being a plus, too! Five stars.

These stones are polished smooth, but not glossy. They make a good blend with the shiny stones. The larger size is great for the planter at sidewalk level as it is easy to sweep leaves off of them without disrupting the stones. They are receiving a lot of compliments and I recommend them highly.
