Didn't met my expectations you need to review the picture I returned twice it was sent 18" straight l Iines if you check the picture it makes around the burner kind of circle

Ease installation, fast delivery, works as it should.

Product was as advertised. Easy to install and arrived on time.

This has all the gaskets and it was easy to change. It worked well with my GE water heater

Pilot assembly was not the same as original. Was not able to install. Took apart assembly and swapped pilot to old assembly. This assembly is advertised to fit gas rheem water heater. Not accurate.

Product not as shown with looping pilot gas supply tube. Did however come with a different mounting bracket which positioned the pilot assembly in place exactly as needed. Spoke with a Rheem customer service representative and confirmed part number as well as compatibility. Installed part and works great. (Tip: after installation is complete If pilot does not light upon striking igniter, depress gas supply knob for a few seconds to force out possible air in gas supply tube. Let excess gas dissipate a few minutes and retry.)

Just what I needed!!

Worked as expected.

Everyone is using the WRONG picture including Home Depot and sending the WRONG part. Could not use the parts. All wrong! Even the thermo coupler, from Rheem, that is sold in store is crimped on one end restricting gas flow. Home Depot sells, in store, another brand thermo coupler that did work. WOW!

The kit contains everything required to repair the igniter, pilot, and thermocouple of the water heater. New gaskets, a new bracket, and new fasteners are provided for a complete job. Everything easily bolts into place.

After about 30 minutes on phone with Home Depot professional they sent me the wrong part. I then dealt directly with the Rheem people got right parts then. Had to make the 40 mile trip to the nearest Home Depot to return it.

The pilot replacement worked well. I'm a DIY , so longer time to insalled,5hrs. A challenged that save me $ compared hiring a service tech

Chances are it will last only between 1 and 2 years. Why? History, 1st one replaced after 2 yrs, 2nd after 3 yrs and 3rd after 1.5 yrs. 8 yr old water heater, replaced thermo-couple 3 times and expect 4th, this part is the spare! Easier to replace kit then just thermo-couple. Terrible quality!

It was the perfect part changed out the whole thing in about 30 minutes works like a charm. I which they carried them in the store.

This kit contains the essential components for my water heater but it is not an exact match. (Yes, I called the manufacturer and was told this kit number.) eg. It does not have all the heat insulation gaskets. So I had to re-use one. In the product picture you see the gas line in a big loop but the actual item in this kit does not have a long gas line. The big loop is intended to be wrapped around the base of the water heater. Since the one in this kit does not have such a long loop. I just skip that and run it without the loop. What that loop is for I have no idea and I don't see it being necessary. The water heater is working fine so far. The kit is suffice for at least my model of the water heater. For someone who has less skill they may freak out when the kit does not have all the gaskets and is not an exact match as far as the gas line run is. For that I took 1 star off.

Works as expected.

Saved me from having to pay a plumber 3 times more for the parts.
