My mother said, if you don't have nothing nice to say, don say nothing....sorry Mom! Got installed (by professionals) right after 5 PM PST and just didn't work, the unit will not fire up....could hear the ignition trying to go but that was it!...called their customer care and to my surprise, they don't have 24/7 support for this unit!!!! Cold water for three days!!!Thank you Rheem! Call on Monday and after 80 minutes of trying to troubleshoot the issue, the final verdict was that there was no gas going into the unit and that a supervisor was going to follow up...never got the call, however, called the plumber/installer to check on the gas and....yes, the unit was getting gas, in another words, I won the lottery of Rheem bad water heaters.... The only good news is that HD is taken the unit back and refunding my money. The real bad news besides cold showers, no dishwasher and laundry is that, I have to install another thankless water heater (replacement) with an installation cost of over $1,800 since is practically a new installation!!!! So, save your self cold showers, frustration and MONEY....buy from another manufacturer!!!!

Ordering our 3rd one in 1.5 years. Replaced Bosch unit - had trouble with copper heat exchanger so opted for Rheem with stainless. What a mistake. 1st installed 1/23 was leaking by Apr. Replaced, 2nd unit leaked by June, but then stopped so waited to see what happened and it quit completely within a year. We don't have a choice currently but to warranty replace, same model is now over $200 more and they will not make up difference. Customer service is difficult to reach and slow to respond.

Works well. Replaced a 17 year old Noritz tankless water heater that could not get a new part for. Rheem hooked up and gives me plenty of hot water. Happy

A vast improvement over our original Rheem TWHTR. Installation was easy and the features allowed us to set it up with ease.

This was a replacement for a previous Rheem , and went back in the same spot with minor changes. The warranty was fair and made purchase of the new one much easier.

The water heater works very well. We have had the heater for 6 weeks. The installation instructions were detailed and setup was easy. My wife loves the endless hot water. Happy wife, happy life.

Takes forever to heat my water and the screen is not very user friendly!

It will not keep the correct time let me down a couple of times and had a cold shower

Works great, however, you cannot use with low flow shower heads (which is law in some states)

This was our first tankless water heater. Two weeks in we are quite pleased with it. Installation took less time than expected but this was by a professional. Had a terrible watery mess from the old water heater tank that cracked that tankless certainly seemed the way to go. Have no regrets so far. Definitely cost more but is supposed to last longer. Would buy it again.

"With built-in recirculation, this Rheem Tankless Water Heater gets hot water to the tap instantly and keeps going as long as you need it." DOES NOT PROVIDE "INSTANT" H/W AND DOES NOT KEEP GOING...! "...provides enough hot water to supply up to 4 bathrooms at the same time" DOES NOT KEEP H/W GOING FOR 1 SHOWER AND 1 FAUCET! MAIN BOARD REPLACED AND MIXING VALVE REPLACED. STILL FREEZING COLD AND SCOLDING HOT! WARRANTY HORRIBLE!
