So far so good, unit was just installed. Way too soon to give a proper rating of the product. This unit must provide years of trouble free service to the home owner. It can't be rated on looks.

I bought this Rheem a month ago. Its much slower to heat water than my old one.

Was easy to install, works great.

This tank was not stocked in the store and had to be ordered online. It was shipped from the factory to the store fairly quickly. Only had it for about a month - so far, so good. Happy with the quality.

With our past experience with Rheem and our limited present experience with Rheem, we will give Rheem an excellent rating. The Rheem that was just retired was in service for 25 years!

The water heater installed without a hitch. It fired up and is preforming supremely! I am MOST IMPRESSED with the customer service and especially with the delivery company and driver! Well done HD!

It is a water heater, it heats water. For the price out of the box I would be deeply disappointed if it did not. Time will tell if it is a good product. Read the warranty details BEFORE you purchase.

easy to install if you know your way around plumbing tools and techniques. The system does not need an outlet for pilot light.

I'm giving my new Rheem water heater an "excellent" rating. It's much quieter and efficient than my older water heater, different brand, that was 23+ years old. Only time will tell how reliable my new model will be. So far, so good.

the water heater was perfect out of the box, was easy to install using an install kit and to this point has been making hot water like it should. to be clear, we have had this water heater for less than a month so i cannot speak to its longevity.

I ordered the "short" heater 50 1/2 " tall, it went right into the space that was available. Easy to move around and put in place.

Even though the replacement propane hot water heater that I ordered was a few inches taller than the old one (22 yrs old, still worked but the popping and the winter coming scared me) with a quick trip to the hardware store for some connectors and new tubing we had it installed the following day.

Still very new , but looks to be a well made product.

My water heater was dented in box. Box was not dented. This dent has not affected performance, so far. Very disappointed with packaging!

Just installed, good product. Definitely would recommend. Well made. Hope it holds up as good as my old one of 18 years. Time will tell.

Easy to install and works wonderfully.

It took a bit to get it as the first one had been damaged during shipping. Home Depot was great in calling me and informing me then ordered me another. I am Happy with Home Depot and the Rheem hot water heater. Easy hookup to existing lines and exhaust. Fired right up with no issues.

This water heater was everything I expected except it's made in Mexico. I thought these were still made here. Otherwise it's a good unit. Pretty standard.

It's been in service since December without problems. Especially like the piezoelectric pilot light igniter.

information was hard to get, I thought from the description this would be a good choice. I could not get answers to questions regarding the wifi system. When, after a difficult search, I finally found an email to ask a question directly of reef’s tec info department. This unit is VERY PROBLEMATIC.

Appears to be better built than the last one.

Came with die electric nipples and T&P valve. Good addition to a very commercial looking tank. Very pleased but do wish HD would get faster delivery for internet orders. Otherwise, very happy.
