Strong and heavy, this pull bar allows one to hammer laminate flooring back together so there is no unsightly gaps between the ends of the boards without damaging the boards. Very happy with this purchase!

This was a lifesaver while putting my laminate floors down. I would recommend this tool to anyone putting hardwood floors down. Love it!

Nice heavy duty pull bar. BUT, the soft felt backing meant to protect floors from scratches is positioned incorrectly. It's too far away from the end of the bar. As a result, it doesn't lift the end of the bar off the floor. I added a pad at the end of the bar to prevent scratches.

The Roberts 16.25 in. Long Pro Pull Bar is the perfect tool for those last row (edges) when installing two different hardwood floors an a ceramic tile floor. It is the perfect size, and you never have to worry about the bar denting due to the strong piece it is. If this pull bar is to ever get misplaced, I will definitely head out to purchase another. Otherwise, it should be around a life time.

Has that extra length for leverage over the tool you may buy in a kit. That extra length can make a huge difference in your day and how your project looks at the end of it. Very useful for tightening the final few rows of flooring as you move into the wall. This tool seems indestructible and I will never have to buy another one. Well worth the investment for the minimal purchase price.

There's no way you could install hardwood floors without this little tool. I like the wider base that this bar has, compared to my last bar(that I lost!).

This is a very good tool. It is worth the cost for its specialized purpose of tapping laminate flooring over to lock with out damaging the end of the flooring material. Also the tool is long enough to reach under the toe kick of a run of cabinets to tap the flooring over to lock. I have done flooring quite a bit without a tool like this and have cobbled up tools to try to get the effect that this provides and I can say I should have gotten one of these sooner!!

I purchased this to help me install laminate flooring in one room. I will keep the tool for the next project. The tool is easy to use but I wish the ends were just a little longer as it takes practice to hit them without having the hammer bounce off.

Perfect for tight spaces against walls, with the LifeProof tounge and groove composite flooring! Meet all my expectations!!!

A decent, sturdy tool overall. It looks and feels as if it'll last forever. But it gets two demerits for an apparent manufacturing defect: the hole next to the strike plate has a sharp metal burr sticking up which was shredding my rubber mallet. I put 3 layers of duct tape over it, and that solved the problem for the time being, but I'm going to have to replace the tape pretty soon. I feel I really shouldn't have to do that.

I used to lay laminlaminate in 2 rooms. It got it's share of strikes and it looks brand new. Plus, it didn't cost much. It's a must have!

I lost the bar that came with my floor laying kit so I purchased this one to replace it. It is longer and heavier than the one I had and it did the job nicely especially by cabinet toe kicks where there was limited room to swing a hammer. Also liked that it had cushions to protect the floor from scratches.

This tool works great for some spots like for the end of a row. But I've found it easier to just use a block of 3/4 pine to lock everything in place. The bar would chip the wood if u didn't watch out.

This is a Must tool when installing wood flooring.

Works great, wrapped it with some foam and duct tape around the end that rest against the floor as it marred it up alittle.

Worked great. The extra length allowed under base cabinet installation of flooring much easier.

Had used this years ago working for a flooring company when I started installing floors again had to get one a must need in this field...

This was an essential tool for installing my laminate flooring. Heavy-duty and exceptionally sturdy, this tool allowed me to close up the spaces between planks easily.

Used it to install 2'X2' subfloor panels. Worked quite well. My only complaint was that the end you put between the material and the wall is a little too thick to get in the space.
