The can works well one you get the top on, but that isn’t easy. It requires that you align 2 plastic pegs plus the central lifter peg, and there is no “give” in the pegs or holes. A slot in one of the holes would solve the problem.

I am returning, been in hospital. This looks good, but difficult to put together. I thought it would be more secure lid.

I took it home and it broke the first day. It was very flimsy. I got a Hefty bin instead and it was much better.

I should have checked what size trash bags to use because the usual kitchen bags don't fit, and I can't figure out HOW to attach the bags I have. It's confusing and there were no instructions that came with it. Otherwise, it's a trash can that works.

Love this Trash can plus loved the guy that helped me and he attached the top to it, which I an so grateful for since I'm an 85 year old who has trouble with her hands and would never been able to attach it myself.

Very poor quality
The plastic pieces that are supposed to hold the garbage bag broke after just 5 weeks of regular use. Very disappointing for a Rubbermaid product.
