It's easy to put together and put up...once you figure out your configuration... instructions are not the easiest to understand but other than that its great

My closet was 6'5" but because it stated that it will work for closets 4' to 8', I decided to give it a try. It worked great! Installation was easy and directions were very clear. My closet originally came with just a shelf and to me it wasn't sturdy to handle what I wanted to do. This gives me so many more options to work with! I'm definitely considering doing this to all my closets!

I purchased 3 of the Rubbermaid Configurations Deluxe Titanium Custom Closet, 4-8 ft units, plus Pull-Out Wire baskets, Pant Racks, Tie Racks and some additional uprights and shelves for 3 closets in our home. In the past I've used the typical wire-mesh shelving requiring more measuring, custom cutting and physical effort to snap and secure the wire shelves into brackets. The Configurations system is a breeze to install, it's flexible, looks professional and is great value. Don't waste your time with lesser systems, this is the only one to purchase. I've shown one photo of one walk-in closet in our home.

While I expected this to look nice, I have to say, it exceeded my expectations both in terms of finished look and ease of installation. I was able to complete the install (a 6 ft reach in closet) in about 90 minutes, including time spent measuring, unpacking, etc. The shelves are very easy to install, since no cutting is required, and the final product looks more expensive than the price. I am considering this now for our walk in master as well.

The closet was pretty easy to install for a first-timer. I did a design on the Rubbermaid website, then bought what they advised. The instructions weren't very clear because I installed on two different walls. I ended up having to get the second cross bar cut in order to maximize the space on the back wall. After you get the cross bars installed, it's a breeze. I'm very happy with it. The only bad part is that it appears neither Home Depot nor Lowe's is going to be carrying Rubber maid any longer, at least in the Knoxville stores. I tried to buy another cross piece instead of cutting one. It was available on the Rubbermaid website, but they don't sell direct. I went online to both Lowes, which has very little Rubber maid items, and Home Depot. I finally went to the Home Depot store, and they tried to order it, but they weren't able to. That's when I found out they aren't carrying Rubbermaid any more. They do have quite a bit on line, though.

I bought the product two weeks ago and have it installed without any trouble. It is sturdy and versatile in that you can arrange the components to perfectly match one's individual needs. Additional components can be added to expand further and only limited by one's imagination and of course the size of the closet. I am sold on this closet organization method.

The process, ease to install, and finished product was great. A person does need to adjust the installation for their particular closet size and needs, that’s what makes this system so user friendly.

This was my fifth install of the Rubbermaid closet systems into walk-in closets and double closets. I highly recommend.

Bought the titanium kits to just add a bit of flair to what is otherwise a standard closet. Very disappoined that I cannot obtain an additional top rail in titanium to finish out the closet. Would be nice to have known that to start with. The kit installed easy enough and would recommend it, but...don't expect to be able to fully customize or add on..

Enabled much greater utilization within a 7 foot wide step in closet. We're currently awaiting HD's restocking of the 36-72" Deluxe system to install in another closet.

Easy to install, versatile, easy to configure and to rreconfigure as needed. We bought other Rubbermaid products to coordinate and use in our walk in closet and our son’s closet. Clean looking and practical. We ended up with extra pieces which we’re planning to add to the walk in and other area in our home. Would purchase again.

I did have an issue with the availability of extra pieces, my store did not carry Rubbermaid but another brand not compatible with R. The rumor was also that R. was discontinuing the system. BJÖRN

Great product easy to setup, only complaint is how flimsy the shelves feel but it holds up clothes just fine.

The closet system has more than minimum parts to create the custom closet. The left over parts from small closet can be used for second closet. The instructions are clear for installation. The packaging was good and order came on time. Very happy with product.

Once you find your studs in the wall you are well on the way to a great customized closet that gives you the flexability to change it any time you want. I love the two closets that I did. Why anyone would have only one rack is beyond me. My husband left me to my own devises and is very impressed with the results. You will need some skills with a power drill/screw driver to install the rails, but after that, it's a piece of cake. I had a couple of rod holders that did not lock into place, but since I ordered 3 kits for the two closets, I had a few left over. I have been enjoying the product now everyday since the new year.

Don't buy the titanium closet configuration, if you want to add more shelves, they don't sell them separately and the white ones won't fit, also the pull out baskets come with these little screws that your suppose to put through the drawer frame and the bracket with nothing to hold it on they just fall out! And nothing on the box or store shelf tells you this, I would never have bought it had I known.
