Worked very well to clean my carpet of dust and grime. It's a winner product.

I had a partial flooding in the basement after fixing the problem used a carpet clean to pull up 90 percent of the water. I ran 2 dehumidifiers I had recently acquired. Now the carpet was completely dry. I used this cleaner now the newly finished basement .I don't honestly know how well it cleans, the carpet was new. I did clean my master bedroom and it did extremely well cleaning the stain of my son tossing his cookies, on white high quality carpet. A note, I do use a stain remover that i always use. Its fantastic. No, I don't work for or am I sponsored by the makers of this. I guarantee you won't find better than Spot Shot@

cleaned carpet ok, not vividly impressive

Really took the smell out of the rugs. Ledt it pretty and new like.

Works good fir my Berber Carpeting. Have cats and it removes all the Smells and Tracks in the Carpeting.

Not good as discribed

Great machine. needs a decal stating the max gallons of cleaning solution it will take. I believe my unit was 2.5 gallons. The Toll Free number was very helpful with that question.

My carpet is very dirty and there is a clear boundary at the edge of a bed box. After several washes using the Rug Doctor pro machine, the darkness was clearly reduced and the boundary was weakened. The solution works great.

It didn't do anything beside adding some smell. All stains remained the same. Useless product.

Rug Doctor did a pretty good job. Carpet was really dirty. It isn't perfect but it is much much better. Bought me some time before I have to replace it. Rug Doctor instructions were really good and easy to follow. Took longer than anticipated as you have to keep emptying and refilling the reservoirs.

Worked really well. Used as directed, cleaned well with nice aroma.

The product did a great job cleaning my carpet!

Product is very good, I think this product up excellent in relation cost - benefit.
