Rust-Oleum Stops Rust LeakSeal Spray is not suitable for that type of application as it won't fill the cracks in the concrete. Depending on the width and depth of the cracks, we recommend using a caulk/sealant such as Rust-Oleum Zinsser Watertite Waterproofing Poly Seal Tube prior to applying a hydrostatic paint.
