This is a small about 3 inch diameter grow light. It gives off about 3 feet of grow light for flowers. I have a 4 foot grow light and this will allow me about twice as much grow space, I start my summer flowers in January and grew them in the cellar until the first of May, then we move to the green house until we plant them the end of May. I raise about 10 dwarf marigolds for around the outside of the house.

The Plant Doctor: that's what I call this light. 10 watts of pure sunshine. Whenever one of my wife's plants isn't feeling well we put it under this light bulb for a couple days and its like brand new. I got a clamp light fixture from HD (Model # 3256) and that makes it easy to move it around to wherever I need it. It provides natural sunshine where and for as long as you want to any sick plant, I have also used it to start seedlings and it worked great. With the clamp light it also makes it easy to adjust the height or angle of it too. I also have a cheap timer for it from HD (Model # 36253) Works great and LED's last forever... A good Buy !!

Optical Lens in light bulbs is something new to me, so I had to do research. Once I turned on the SANSI grow bulb, it's easy to see the difference. As noted in research, light is more evenly distributed. Although I planned to use a shade, there is no need to use one. Full Spectrum Sunlight Led is better than just single red or blue spectrum light, which will make your plants grow faster and healthier. This is exactly what I need to aid plant growth, both inside the home, as well as in my greenhouse. Surprisingly, the bulb doesn't get as hot as I imagined. It offers better dissipation and longer lifespan-unique ceramic heat Dissipation technology, speeding up heat dissipation and saving money on your electricity bill every month. Leaving the light on plants for longer periods does not harm them either. This bulb is suitable for all indoor plants, vegetables and flowers in all stages of growth. I'm growing a wide variety of flowers, fruits and vegetables. So far results very good . With the aid of this light bulb, I have had ripened tomatoes within three weeks. The same plant has already produced 18 tomatoes. I would call this fantastic.

Excellent grow light for indoor planting. This LED lamp produces a natural-color, bright, white light with very little heat. The spread is suitable for small arrays of seedlings. We use ours in a standard desk lamp - no special fixture is needed. If you are planning on a large flat of seedlings, this lamp is also available in larger wattage versions which have wider spread.

This is a nice and fairly bright full spectrum grow light. It's different from traditional blue and red spectrum grow lights in that it aims to mimic sunlight and emits yellow light. The bulb I received is a bit small, and is not strong enough for the many vegetable seedlings we grow from seed indoors starting in early March. I've have been using this light together with our other blue/red spectrum grow lights. I'm not able to conclude if this light by itself is effective enough to generate seedlings from seeds, as I obtained this light a bit late in our seedlings growing process for that. Right now, I'm using it on the remaining seedlings we have yet to plant in our veggie garden, and so far they are doing well.

I wanted to put some live plants in my basement, but don't have enough natural light to keep them alive. I am hoping this will do the trick, as it's too early to determine if my plants will thrive with this. I'm going to start with one plant and then get more if it works well. I can tell you that it puts out a nice amount of light from the floor lamp I am using regardless, so even if it doesn't work out as a plant light, it will still work as an energy efficient LED. They recommend that you place it directly above your plants, which I plan on installing fixtures for if it delivers. Others are using it for starting garden vegetables, which I may try as well. It also might work better on some plants than others, so I'm also going to take that into consideration before calling it a success or failure. I hope it works out, because it will give me an option to bring some life in my basement living space, but only time will tell at this point.

I start plants indoors for my garden every year. Tomatoes, peppers and kale were my early starts this year. I have some older grow lights that are good for start but then the plants become “spindle-like”. I have varying success. Got this LED light because it is a full spectrum light. It should give me a more complete growth cycle. Here, it doesn’t always get warm enough or without threat of freezing when I would like, this LED light should give me that ability to keep them growing until the weather is good. Nice addition to my vegetable growing process.

Every winter I bring several plants indoors. Some plants still need some light during the winter. This light bulb is bright and at only ten watts, the electricity needed will be negligible. In my case, three of these in a ceiling fan light fixture provides plenty of coverage for my plants in my small guest bedroom. Although it is recommended to have the light between 8-20 inches above the plants. Now, I just need a timer to provide a more natural day/night pattern. At ~932 Lumens this bulb is closer to a 75 watt equivalent bulb than a 60.

The SANSI 10-Watt Full Spectrum Sunlight LED Grow Lights for Indoor Plants Vegetables and Seedlin...
The SANSI 10-Watt Full Spectrum Sunlight LED Grow Lights for Indoor Plants Vegetables and Seedlings is an unusual looking bulb, but the good design is worth it. It surprisingly produces very little heat. My wife wanted to plant some hatch peppers, even though it is a little late in the season to do so. This works perfectly in my small greenhouse to cultivate these new seedlings without using the big strip grow lights. Since this is a full spectrum light, if our peppers don't get full grown before cold weather sets in, we can containerize them and move them inside and continue to use the light. Good job guys.

Nice standard size grow light. This can be used in a standard fixture - I used a desk lamp clip light. I like to bring my houseplants and tender patio plants inside over the winter, but I don't have a good location on the main floor of the house which can withstand leaking pots, so I put my plants in the basement under grow lights. This bulb is a good addition to my collection of grow lights, because of the ease of use with a standard lamp. The bulb is small enough that it fits inside a regular shade (I have used some in the past which had a standard base but required a large fixture for the front of the bulb). This is a full spectrum (white light) bulb, not the red/blue variety. I can't speak about longevity of use, as it has not been a full season, but I expect a long life from the LED design.
