This power washer came with everything a homeowner needs including attachments and oil. I added gasoline and it started right up. My opinion, this Simpson pressure washer is a quality product.

Worst experience I ever had. Lost 1 of the pressure washers in delivery and Home Depot was terrible to deal with never got it and had to get a refund. Which they were hesitant to give me. The manager at the Westampton store was rude and nasty.

Here is my review on the Simpson website and their response: 2nd one works but................ My first PS3228 I took back to HD after calling Simpson customer service because of a number of things. 1- It appeared to be repacked, as everything was just "thrown" in the box. 2- the output fitting for the high pressure hose was the wrong one. 3- The frame and pump were covered with scratches down to the bare metal. 4- Customer service asked me for the hose number and then told me it was the wrong hose for that mode. 5- The top of the box had been retaped. The second one I received had the same packing issues. That being, the parts were disorderly packed, the packing was awry with the corner reinforcements lying in the bottom of the box and the foam spacers in no particular place. The scratches were minimal and the output fitting was correct. Both of these units came out of the same Simpson location in Misquite, TX. A little quality control in the inspection and shipping department would be an improvement. Simpson Team Hi, JimE. Product was delivered without a wand, handle and all parts/pieces required to operate and that were purchased. Literally a box showed up ripped and tattered with the base of a power washer in it. NO resolution other than return the whole thing.

The PSI was exactly what I needed to clean the deck and driveway. Powerful, easy to start. Instructions are a bit lacking so read twice and cut once.

Waited a week for it to ship to the store and when I received it, it was damaged. The packaging is horrible, they just drop it in a cardboard box with a couple small pieces of foam. Would not recommend buying this unless it was in stock at the store.

Poor instructions... separate Honda from overall Simpson instructions. Bolts holding the motor to the frame 'fell off' upon initially start up... to reinstall bolts and torque washer had to be turned on its side... this flooded the engine requiring entire disassemble to clean out oil and excess fuel... poor workmanship, design, instructions and difficult start up.

Item delivered fast and ahead of schedule. One part of pressure washer was broken. Home Depot said to call Simpson. Contacted Simpson and they said no problem and sent new part. Part took two weeks to arrive, way to long. Pressure washer is great, started on first pull.

It arrived with the wrong handle. Customer service shipped one within 3 weeks. After one year and 3-4 uses the pump went bad. Evidentially they also sent the wrong manual. There was no mention a breather valve that had to be installed before use. So we didn't know it needed to be installed, which resulted in pump failure. The company refused to cover it and said I would have to purchase a new pump for $800. It's going in the trash and I will be purchasing another brand.

Have only used a couple of times, to soon to really know. I will say the hose attachment is awkward.

I had to order this unit and had it shipped to the closest store. Shipping was prompt, which I was very appreciative of. I got the text saying the unit was ready and I picked it up. The box looked like it fell out of an 18 wheeler while traveling down the highway. The gentleman in customer service assured me the pressure washer was fine. When it came time to put it together it was apparent the unit had sustained damage in shipment to the point where I couldn't even assemble it properly.

Honda GX200 engine is perfect for any residential cleaning effort. Starts on a single pull whether cold or warm. Fuel efficient. Recommend to use 90+ octane, non-ethanol fuel. AAA pump is strong. Catches prime quickly and never struggles to deliver pressure. Frame has low vibration with sturdy rubber feet, doesn't "walk". Easy assembly, no leaks! Only improvement could be to provide a 31" wand vs. the included 16" wand.

Researched power washers for over a year with 2 neighbors recommended Simpson with a Honda engine mine 3500 series almost started on first pull that said would recommend it highly does what I bought it for starts easy good on gas but recommend quick hose disconnects from wojet 22 for washer wand and water hose

Good value and good machine, does a good job.. The quality not a good as my previous pressure washer. The oil capacity is 20 ounces, but only came with 16 ounces of oil, The Honda engine was made in India, only time will tell if it will hold up.

No. Gas tank did. It have the strainer wheel did not have keeper on the inside so it came off not happy

I have ordered this 3 times from Home Depot and 3 times and has been returned. Each time it arrived it was damaged. I have been trying to purchase a pressure washer through them now for over 6 weeks to get my deck done and once again I am on hold. The 3rd Simpson I had delivered to the store in case it again damaged. When my son arrived to pick it up, he opened it while still in the store and it was again damaged. Ugh!

to start with the shipping BOX was a joke no packing at all the unit was DAMAGED !! muffler heat shield was bent in an paint rubbed off, gas tank was Dented an Scratched, pole gun has 3 deep scratches because the unit was laying on it's side on top of all the included parts pint of oil was smashed , a bad way to start out, Runs good so far,

Was exactly as expected based on my research. It really did the job on my tough cleaning needs with minimal effort
